I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

He referred me to another local shop that got me right in. I don't know many vendors that would put the interests of the customer before their own and refer business out to another establishment thus missing out on the sale. I will definitely call Q's in the future for any glass repair/replacement needs and based on his honesty and responsiveness I would absolutely recommend his services.

I do not recommend Spokane Sunscreen. Tint installed on window did not match other tint in my car…read more Tint did not shade light like the rest of the windows. When I shared that I was not satisfied with the outcome and that I could not recommend them to other customers, Luke said, "That's fantastic! Have a nice day. " Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
