They installed a new passenger side power window in my 1974 classic car and fixed a chip in the window shield. They did great work and a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with every interaction! Upon calling around to get prices for replacing the windshield and rear-view mirror on my Rodeo, they get points for not rushing me off the phone like so many of their competitors. They also accrued points for not tacking on extra fees such as molding, like their competition. I also liked that Glass Co had rea-view mirrors on hand. Other places told me to bring one in from the Pick & Pull. I chose this location because they seemed so eager for my business. Don't let the sketchy location fool you--the service at Glass Co is excellent. Everyone was friendly and they even offered me a ride to IHOP (across the street) while I waited. The work was complete in less than an hour and a half--very impressive. They said I had been quoted about $10 too low, but upheld the lower price, which I thought was really cool. My windshield is perfect and the rear-view is mounted just as I requested. When I went to get my car alarm re-hooked to the windshield, even the people at Car Toys were impressed with how nice my car looked and how fast it was finished. Had a window that wouldn't roll up. My daughter rolled it down and the weather was calling for rain. He rolled it up that day with only 10 min notice! I was told the motor was shot so I was surprised when he said he could repair it. He had the part ordered and my car window fixed the next day while saving us 300 dollars. Amazing service! read more

I had a new window driver side motor put in just 5 months ago, not working well, just notice one day ago. went in today to see if they could check it out to see what the problem is. there response was "atleast it still works" But we can put a new motor in with a little discount....he goes on and on about well thats GM for you........the remaing 3 windows going great since 02...He tells me just a 30 day waranty.. there is no more after the sale customer service it all went by by after the 70s....the 5 star rating I notice writen 2011 must have been a of friend the Glass Co. The place did not look like it was over flowing with customers, that should be a red flay right there....PS young man, seem to carless.....it is also unlikely the owner will read this review. read more

Called around and when I contacted Glass Co. Bob was honest. He fixed my son's older model rear windshield in exactly the time frame he said. Even took a look to see what the problem was with the drivers window not working right. There was no extra cost or I found this problem and it's going to cost extra.
