They also accrued points for not tacking on extra fees such as molding, like their competition. I also liked that Glass Co had rea-view mirrors on hand. Other places told me to bring one in from the Pick & Pull. I chose this location because they seemed so eager for my business. Don't let the sketchy location fool you--the service at Glass Co is excellent. Everyone was friendly and they even offered me a ride to IHOP (across the street) while I waited. The work was complete in less than an hour and a half--very impressive. They said I had been quoted about $10 too low, but upheld the lower price, which I thought was really cool. My windshield is perfect and the rear-view is mounted just as I requested. When I went to get my car alarm re-hooked to the windshield, even the people at Car Toys were impressed with how nice my car looked and how fast it was finished. I strongly recommend Glass Co and will be going back for any glass needs that may arise.

I would recommend them to anyone that has a window problem in their vehicle. This is the place that I am going to be taking all of my damaged windows to for repair. Very professional and customer minded.

When I shared that I was not satisfied with the outcome and that I could not recommend them to other customers, Luke said, "That's fantastic! Have a nice day. " Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! People are nice, waited almost 2 months to get my car in. Used to have the rep as 'Best in Town' -…read morenow I'm not sure who that is. Brought by Subaru here to get my windows tinted. Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
