The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

It was very close to closing time and they were OK with bringing my truck into their shop and they were also OK with having a group of about 4 guys take care of it right then and there. Also, my son's car needed a new rear window installed but needed a temporary plastic cover until the car was able to get into their shop or get into the shop that my insurance company recommended. The shop installed the cover without asking for any $, even if the car wasn't going to come back to get the work done there.
