I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

It was very close to closing time and they were OK with bringing my truck into their shop and they were also OK with having a group of about 4 guys take care of it right then and there. Also, my son's car needed a new rear window installed but needed a temporary plastic cover until the car was able to get into their shop or get into the shop that my insurance company recommended. The shop installed the cover without asking for any $, even if the car wasn't going to come back to get the work done there. Things turned out that my insurance company's rec was not good, so we got the work done at Grizzly and it was great, timely and equal to the other shop's price. Big thanks to you Grizzly! My old Mercedes SUV window got broken into on Halloween, and some stuff of mine were stolen. I gave them a call the same morning, they gave me a pretty reasonable(inexpensive) quote and they were able to fit me in an appointment the same afternoon. But I had to work, so I said how about tomorrow instead? I told them I'll drop off my vehicle during my lunch break, a bit past noon, and I'll pickup my vehicle when I'm off work. And they were pretty chill with that. They gave me a call at 3:00 saying it was done. But I don't get off work till 4:30. So I ended up showing up around 4:45 on a Friday. Yeah yeah, I know. We all hate that customer who shows up 15 min before closing for the weekend. But Ash was willing to wait for me, and had a great sense of humor. Ash even told me what he did to resolve the issue connecting the glass to the motor. He could had just bought a new part instead of try to fix the current broken part, and charged me double the quote, but he felt like doing me a solid, and try to save me some money. Which was greatly appreciated, since I was unemployed for 3 months before this, and my bank account is close to dry. TLDR----If you want a reasonable price, fast appointment, straight up transparency, and a guy with great sense of humor doing some quality work while saving you a few bucks if they can....... This will be the place to go.

I received an appointment notification via text & email. ASAP is able to use your insurance, or you're able to pay out-of-pocket. I had a "double chip," which was clear because there were 2 points that were webbing out. Evan explained the POSSIBILITY of the repair going bad, and the need to repair both parts of the chip, and the slightly higher price. I gave the go-ahead, and Evan had my window repaired in no time.
