I had a family friend that recommended the place. Getting ahold of the place however, became apparently difficult. I called maybe 3 or 4 times on different days of the week before anyone even answered. By the time I got ahold of them (Wednesday), they scheduled me early (7am) on the following Monday. Yet, when I showed up at 7am and tried getting ahold of anyone (knocking and calling) I didn't get a response until an hour and a half later and the response was the appointment was cancelled. Best price and best customer service in Spokane Valley! I needed to replace my windshield from a rock that chipped my glass. The crack was going across my entire windshield. :( I've called two other business for a quote and they were very expensive. Plus they had to order the part and I had to wait a week. They told me it'll take 2 hours to repair. I called Valley Auto Glass. His price was way cheaper and had the part in stock. He said I could come in next week. It's a cute shop and clean. I stopped in the other week to get two rock chips on my Subaru's windshield fixed. Jeff was incredibly quick to get me scheduled and get the chips taken of. Jeff seemed nice at first, until he screwed up. Then he became rude. Apparently under a lot of stress due to his wife and his daughters mental issues, but I wasnt the one that got the wrong windshield in. No reason to get rude because I called Kia to make sure we'd get the correct one. An hour drive each direction tends to make a customer want to double check. Wasted almost 3 hours first time around. I had a rock chip in my windshield and went in the next day to have it filled. They were booked that day but got me right in the following day and it was super quick. The owner helped me contact my insurance and they covered the whole thing. I also really enjoyed how quick the paperwork was. They filled it all out for me, but still talked me through it all so I knew what I was getting into. They also have a sweet black lab named Lucy inside who's super sweet! I had excellent service. The owner was very accommodating of everyone who needed his services while I was having my service done. He had a very gracious manner of fitting us all in while our services were "curing." He educated me about the under-the-hood issues from prior services elsewhere. My new windshield looks great and sealed nicely even though it was raining, wet and cold for the several days after the service. I appreciated his ability to connect with my car insurance and navigate the approvals, etc. Valley Auto Glass has the nicest, most comfortable lobby for waiting while service is completed. Very frustrating experience. I scheduled a windshield replacement with Jeff. I told him I had a dentist apt in north spokane at 2 and he wanted to schedule me for 3:30. I told him I was concerned I wouldn't be able to make that - he said it was fine, get there as soon as I can. The day of my apt came and I called my dentist that morning to get an estimate on how long they would take - they told me an hour. I called Jeff and told him that they said to plan on being done on 3 and, again, I was concerned about being able to make it to his shop by 3:30...he again said it would be ok. I messaged him en route and told him I was on my way and getting there as quick as I could, but it looked like I'd be a couple mins late. He didn't respond. I arrived at 3:38 and he turned me away and wouldn't do my window because it was after 3:30. I was shocked and very frustrated. Now I will take ownership over being late but I was openly communicative the entire process, he knew I was coming from north spokane and another appointment, and told me on multiple occasions to get there as soon as I could (which I did) and it would be fine. Zero consideration for my efforts, commute, or honesty in schedule the entire process. No customer service read more
