I was looking for a business that can do personalized shot glasses to giveaway as favors for my youngest brother's surprise 40th birthday party. Needless to say, my experience with Glass With a Twist was excellent, the customer service team Jayden and Paulina were quick to response and accommodated me with what I needed. They made sure the art proof was exactly how I wanted the glasses printed with my personalized image and wordings. That is the kind of customer service you want to be dealing with in terms of the products you are ordering. I will for sure be a returning customer as they have showed and proven their great customer service skills and the quality of the glass is perfect as well. GREAT JOB GLASS WITH A TWIST !!! You guys are amazing !

Excellent customer service. Expeditious production time. I ordered my company logo put on wine glasses both silk screened and etched because I couldn't decide which one would look better. I just received my sample order and I'm still not going to be able to decide because they both look so great. I'll definitely be ordering from Glass With A Twist again.

EDIT: In response to the owner's reply, they did not do anything to warn me about the print quality before I paid. This is simply not true. I've found a different vendor that printed these same glasses with larger print and without any flaws. So his assertion that "it's not possible" is also not true. The fact is, their equipment isn't good enough for basic printing of images on these types of glasses, but they just hoped I wouldn't care so they could keep my money. If the printing wouldn't be free of errors, then they shouldn't offer them for sale. Simple as that. Do not do business with Glass With A Twist if you want any graphics printed well. I paid them to print 6 glasses with a small image on each glass. The print quality was very poor. Almost all of the curves within the image turned out to be jagged lines. Instead of offering a refund, they basically said that their printers weren't good enough to do a print like this. I asked them why they didn't bring this to my attention when I received mockups from their sales rep and they said that they "didn't feel the need to anchor in on any of those warnings since we anticipated a good print." Look at the pictures I've attached so you can see the mockup they sent vs the actual glass that was printed. To their credit, they offered to do the same print on a different type of glass, but that wouldn't work for my purposes (and I also didn't have any confidence that it would be any better). They then also offered me a 50% refund, but I was honestly appalled that they wouldn't give me all of my money back. To me, offering a 50% refund is basically saying that I'm 50% responsible for the poor results of this print job. I fail to see how my actions could possibly account for such a large (or any) percentage. There were several preventable steps that could have occurred, none of which were on my side of the fence: 1. The printing limitations could have been conveyed in the initial mockups I received from the sales rep. 2. A test glass could have been printed if there was any concern with the print quality going into this (which there apparently was a concern from the print manager). 3. They could've emailed me after the print job to point out the issues before shipping to see if I had any issues with them. After a week of emails back and forth, they've even rescinded their 50% refund offer because now they "don't see how any sort of refund makes sense." This isn't how a company should treat it's customers. Stay away unless you have a lot of time and money to waste on poor prints.

I was specifically looking for a rattlesnake calathea and wasn't having much luck finding one. I reached out to Urban Scout and they had 2 in stock so I asked if he could hold on until 4 pm(about 6 hours after I reached out). I show up at 4 and Ken was working. I mentioned I had reached out about the Calathea and he instantly pulled it out from behind the register. Soooo nice! I was an environmental major in college, and I also collect house plants so the world of plants is super important and exciting to me. Ken was nice enough to not only show me around, but told me a bunch of cool facts about all these plants that I never even knew existed (such as, the rattlesnake calathea spreads out in the day time when its receiving light and will become more vertical as the sun goes down!) I went into the store looking for one specific plant and ended up leaving with 4! The service was enough to keep me coming back until the end of time! I had a great time learning new things and checking out all the beautiful plants. Ken gave me advice on some plant care for the new plants I picked up, and was very enthusiastic with me. This was extra cool because as I mentioned, this field is really important to me and it was totally inspiring to see someone share the same passion. The prices are very reasonable, and honestly lower than a lot of the other speciality plant stores in Reno. I'll 100% be back!

Located in South Creek with a good amount of parking, La Galleria has been my "go to" place for many years for things you just don't find anywhere else. They have an amazing selection of unique items, from jewelry to stone carvings/sculptures, blankets, clothing and too many things to list here! The prices range, so be prepared to spend some time walking through and seeing all they have to offer. Brooke has done an amazing job with the items she's selected and is always willing to help and talk about the pieces, as are any of the staff members. I popped in today and they have gorgeous Christmas items; you can't go wrong taking a peek or taking something home with you! I check them out every couple of months because they rotate stock and have new things to admire. Great job! Check it out!

Upon entering La Galleria felt like a magical winter wonderland and as many times with different friends coming each year this store happens to be one of my favorites. "While visions of sugar plums danced in their heads," comes to mind when thinking of this store. This year I picked up some gifts from here, I called ahead for pricing and made my way after work. After a heavy day at work I felt transformed by all of the enchanting decorations every which way one turns is something beautiful and enticing. I was greeted immediately and with the items I purchased asked if I had called prior. Each item was offered to be wrapped if gifts and they were absolutely beautifully wrapped. I was given some insight into the background of one of the items I purchased which was great.. There's home decor, jewelry, beautiful statues and a clothing area in the back. I'm happy to have shopped local for the holidays and will plan to be back.
