Upon arrival Jeremy got right down to business, starting with the outside of the house while I moved objects on the inside so he could get to the windows easily. We have about 35 windows, plus two sliding glass doors in our two story house. The job was finished in about 3 1/2 hours, the timeframe mentioned upfront. The windows, screens and window tracks are spotless. He even cleaned the little windows on the garage doors. Spotless clean-up; after the work was done there was no evidence he was even here! I used Shine Bright San Diego to clean my paving stone patio, getting rid of in-ground dirt,…read morediscoloration, weeds etc. I was serviced by Brooks, a very friendly and engaging gentleman. Here are the pluses and minuses of my experience. Pluses: * Rapid and courteous response to my initial request * Quick turnaround for an appointment * Quoted me a 2 hr arrival window, which they met. * Affordable service. * Patio is nice and clean and he cleaned splashes from the adjacent windows/ doors. Minuses: * I had told them about my pool right next to the patio, but Brooks didn't take any special attention to prevent some dirt and sand from entering the pool (e.g, putting down plastic film). Nor did they provide a method for cleaning it afterwards, which led to clogging the pump intake line, requiring a lot of effort on my part to clear. * On the patio itself, I needed to use a blower to remove residual stuff that the power wash didn't deal with. Ideally, they would have done that as part of the service. I would give them 3.5 stars if that was an option: I feel 3 is too harsh. 4 is probably a bit generous given what I needed to do afterwards. So, be wary if you have a pool nearby that they offer you a solution to prevent crap getting in it.
