I love this place. Had few really bad experiences with high review optometrists in town before. Somehow they couldn't get it right, my eyes always hurt after I got the glasses. But this place is the first one in Vegas that got it right. The dr even told me I have allergies and gave me eyedrops for it. At 50, he is the first optometrist who told me about my eye allergies. Beware: employees mistakenly messed up my lenses. When I took them back, they blamed the optometrist's prescription. That was absolute BS since I've had the same prescription for 2 years now. I took their glasses back to my optometrist's office and they confirmed that the part of the lens that sees far away was made too narrow. In fact, the employee at glass box claimed that you wouldn't be able to put my prescription in these frames. Another BS statement given that I've had the same style for the last 10 years. Give me a break. You guys should be out of business. To the GM: You've been told that I was unable to return within the 3-month time period because I was in the ER four times and then I went to assisted living. I'm sorry if my medical issues were more important than you actually doing your job correctly!!! Quit making up excuses. By the way, I've returned twice to your location to address this issue and your incompetent staff couldn't even figure it out. Clearly you shouldn't be doing what you guys are doing. Glassbox was able to get us a same day emergency appointment. We were visiting from out of town so of course we were not familiar with any optometrist or ophthalmologist in the area. We chose this place purely on the Yelp rating and their availability. The receptionist was very welcoming. We were back with Dr. Suk in just a few minutes who did an exam and gave us his diagnosis. He prescribed some eye drops and gave us some samples of what he had. The other one we got at CVS down the road. With his advice and the eye drops the issue subsided. Overall a great experience. The best in Vegas. It's my second time coming here to get my optical, and there is no other place that compares. Before coming here, I had been struggling with contacts. They would always get blurry and dry, and would irritate my eyes within the first 2 hours of having them on. (Every doctor would tell me I had dry eyes.) I tried different brands, numerous of eye drops but Nothing helped. I booked an appointment here because it was recommended by a friend, and the first thing that I brought up to the Dr was my problem with contacts. Turned out I had allergies all along. He recommended some eye drops and found a brand of contacts he said would help, and I haven't had a problem ever since! Love coming in here because staff is always amazing. Super friendly and helpful even after taking my time on choosing a frame. Their selection of frames is amazing, they have so many to choose from!!! The examination was super easy quick and efficent with his modern equipment, and he took the time to talk to me, and even break some old wives' tales about eye care. He even took the time to explain how eye exams happen with children and when to start bringing them in for a check-up. Just so informative. The customer service was out of this world so much fun. We went in with my 2 kids and my son just had to try on every pair of glasses on display, and not once did the beautiful ladies in front look irritated, or annoyed. They seemed amused, even knowing they were gonna have to clean every single pair. When I went to pick them up, they were even excited to see me. I drove from Henderson to get my eye exam and I'm glad I did. Clean, professional, up front about costs, up to date technology, and spent extra time really making sure my Rx was correct. I had a retina replaced in 2020 and have been pretty unhappy with the results. Due to this I never had the second eye done. So now I have one eyes with really different vision. The doctor spent extra time getting my vision to be comfortable and stressed repeatedly that we could always adjust again if we needed to. I felt looked after and seen. read more

I had a coworker tell me about this place and thought I'd give it a try since I was long overdue for an eye exam! On initial impression, the place has a clean aesthetic! The receptionist was super courteous and sweet. I filled in some paperwork and I was ready to do some testing. Jay took care of me, prior to the eye doctor. Jay was super engaging, kind, funny, and knowledgeable! Glassbox has this other testing that can essentially replace the dilation drops! And I was amazed with the process! I was actually able to see the back of my eye and it's nerves! It was seriously cool! Following those tests, I read off letters. The process was fairly quick! And then the eye doctor (I wish I remembered her name!) came in and she was just as sweet as everyone else. She told me that my eyes were healthy and that I just went a few quarters down since my last exam. The whole process was fairly easy and I will 100% be coming back for new frames! They are also able to change your lenses from your current frames, if you want to keep them. And I thought that was super neat since my previous office didn't even offer that! Overall, I really enjoyed my visit, the service, and location! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here and especially get serviced by Jay! read more

They took care of that whole process for me, and it was easy peasy! One star for cleanliness. One star for couple of friendly staff. Been using this establishment for almost three years. Satisfied up till now. Recently I was told my two kids' prescription has increased and recommended corrective daily lenses. Year supply is $1,500 per child to which I agreed. Went in to collect our yearly supply and had my kids try them on. 20 minutes struggling later, come to notice the lenses are larger than my kids' pupils and it was supposed to be customized based on their eyes. Questioned the staff and they confirmed it was NOT their size. Asked them to use one of the kids' purchased lenses and they miraculously present us with samples matching their pupils. Like every mother, I was very anxious with something as important as their eyes and to be treated by these unprofessional staff is truly unacceptable. I will not recommend and will not use this establishment again. read more
