I moved to Las Vegas two years ago, and after extensive research, I chose Optic Gallery at Fort Apache/Tropicana as my primary eye care. I saw Dr. Suh for my eye exams, and with every visit, she was always so personable, charismatic, and professional. Today, I saw Dr. Eusebio for my appointment, and I have to say, both of them are so passionate and enthusiastic about their work. To top it all off, I have had only positive experiences speaking with their team over the phone (ordering new contacts, updating addresses, etc), and in-person checking in and out. The eye doctor appointment was thorough, and pleasant. Although the selection of glasses may be a bit less than the major competitor, I found it easier and found exactly what I needed. I am a loyal Optic Gallery patient from centennial to Arroyo for 15 years and recently moved to Fort Apache due to insurance reason. I was seen by Dr Suh , didn't have to wait long. She was pleasant , professional and knowledgeable not to mentioned pretty. I would have given them 5 stars for the review but I was disappointed with one of her staffs for not checking the receipts or the order form properly just to ensure that 2 glasses was ordered and not one. The fact that 50 % has already paid My son came to get both glasses and paid the remaining balance of $395 unfortunately he was given only 1 pair Total payment made $790 Suggestion : pls check the receipts / order form thoroughly by then your clients doesn't have to go back to the office. I really liked this place on my initial visit. Everything was done; from eye exam, to the machines, and ordering glasses, quickly. My kids had a great time just hanging out. It was a breeze, seamless, smooth operating machine. Got my appointment set up for a follow-up on contact lenses. My follow up appointment was at 1:15; I showed up at 1:10 and wasn't seen until 2:37. That's over an hour waiting for a 5 minutes follow up. When asked what happened I was told it was double booked and that pushed them behind. So honest mistake - for now I would just rate it A-OK, I just wished they had called and reschedule me or let me know it was going to be a loooooooong wait. read more

Came in today to get a screw put back in my glasses, asked if I had an appointment in which I did not. I usually go to the optic gallery on Lake Mead and Buffalo to see Dr Jordan but I live on this side of town. The girl who helped me out automatically assumed I bent my glasses and all I needed was the screw tightened. Had me sign a waiver that they are not liable if they break your glasses since they are over a year old. At this point I should of walked out and gone somewhere else. She slapped a screw in my glasses that does not match the other screw and scratched the side of my glasses. Apparently this person has not a clue how to tighten a screw. Take your business elsewhere because they don't want to touch your glasses if they are over a year old. Been a patient since 2014 and will not be coming back. read more

Dr. Eusebio was able to accommodate our family, all 5 of us, last minute, end-of-year appointment, coming to Las Vegas to visit family for the Holidays. He explained every process and was very honest in recommending between glasses and contacts. He also saw my 6yo and I was amazed on how he was able to get him sit in the chair and showed him cartoon characters instead of the boring letters to get his attention... he didn't recommend new glasses for grandma and he explained the pros and cons to it. Waste of time! Scheduled online two weeks prior for a Saturday afternoon appointment, and even called the next day to verify my insurance. I arrived early for my appointment but was told that I had none. Instead of even making an attempt to accommodate me the girl was unmoved and just asked if i wanted to make an appointment for another day. The flaw is on their end but they expect the customer to take responsibility for problems with their poor choice of online scheduling software. I'll take my business elsewhere. To bad, it seemed like a nice place, but I don't cater to business who don't value their customers. They lost an entire family as a result. read more

My family and I had excellent experiences with both Dr. Suh and Dr. Eusebio, as well as the staff there. Everyone is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Right away walking in, the spacious place is clean and smells nice. You can expect to be greeted instantly and seen as soon as possible. Dr. Eusebio made my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable by explaining everything he was about to do and use on the machines and even chatted about TV shows and characters. Dr. Suh took the time to set aside some pink and purple glasses for her too. If it wasn't for Dr. Suh who finally got me to make the switch to daily softs, I would still be wearing my hard rigid contacts. No one likes change, and I thought I it would take some time getting used to wearing soft, but I'm so glad I made the change because I don't get irritation, sun sensitivity, or shifting in my eye as much, if any, with my soft contacts. Dr. Suh explains everything thoroughly, teaches me, and answers all my questions. She even noticed something in my eye that needs monitoring and referred me to a specialist, which no one before has spotted. I am thankful I found this power couple and will definitely recommend them to families and friends. They even do fun holiday things like vote for your favorite pumpkin at the front desk, decorated by each of the staff. I recently had my eyes checked at Optic Gallery Ft. Apache. I have some significant problems with my vision, so I am very particular about who I choose for my eye care professional. Overall, it was a good experience. I was especially pleased that they are open on Saturdays, which is a big convenience since I work during the week. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr. Suh was knowledgeable, patient, and very nice. She took the time to explain things to me and made me feel that she really cared about my eye health. I felt that I received a thorough and professional examination. However, there are a few reasons why I can only give four out of five stars: 1. I was a bit disappointed that I was not seen by Dr. Alamo-Leon, who was on vacation. I was not informed that she would be on vacation when I made the appointment, so it was a surprise to learn this when Dr. Suh walked into the exam room instead. I had specifically chosen Dr. Alamo-Leon because of her experience and positive reviews. However, I was pleased with Dr. Suh who is also a very competent, experienced, and capable eye doctor. 2. The wait time to be examined was about 30 minutes which seemed a bit long. They were very busy. 3. I went to Costco the same day to get new glasses. However, when they ran my insurance, they had to call Optic Gallery to have the eyeglass benefits released. To Optic Gallery's credit, they did so right away, without any hassle.
