The "repair" started to rust so I contacted progressive to get it repaired yet again. When I picked up my car I noticed this glass sitting in my back seat, unwrapped, digging into my door armrests. Not very cool I gotta say. Zero communication about this, or anything really other than the day before it was ready to be picked up. Their manager came out to see this and started getting really pissy when I called them out for failing at every aspect of their business. He really didn't like it when I told him to go fuck himself either and then he got up in my face and threatened to have me arrested. Mind you he was preventing me from leaving the business at that time. If you need work done on your car and your options are Land and Kenny or a groups of rabid raccoons with a few tools, I would go with the rabid raccoons.

My car was promised to me no later than noon today. When I called this morning they acted like they had no idea. Then they told me they wouldn't release it to me anyway because they didn't have the insurance info, that I provided them when I dropped the car off last week. It is now 6:30 and no one has come back into the office for a half hour. I am moving out of state tomorrow and missed a last happy hour with my friends because of these ass clowns. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. I took my car to TRIO body shop two months ago to do necessary repairs on my Toyota from someone…read morebacking into me in a parking lot. Randy, the owner, was flexible with the times I could bring it in for an estimate. They did an excellent job repairing my car and finished it a day earlier than they promised. I needed some other bodywork done, which was unrelated to the claim from the person who backed into me. This bodywork was on the front bumper of my car, resulting from a youngster who fell off of his scooter and caused the scooter to put a huge dent in my front bumper. Randy said he would fix that big dent himself and I could pay him instead of having to file a claim with my insurance company, as the youngster was only about 11 years old and I didn't get the contact information for his parents. He charged me a very reasonable price for the front bumper and did a great job on it too. My car also needed some intense cleaning on the interior due to the fabric of the seats, which stains easier than I have ever seen anything stain! I have tried to clean it myself about 30 times using many types of upholstery repair and natural substances. All that happened is that the stains spread out more. Randy said he has an excellent detailer who will definitely be able to get all those stands up and clean other things on the interior. He said he would arrange to contact him and schedule it while my car was in his shop for repairs. The detailer's name is Paul Johnson, who I had heard of before due to the great work he does! And he did an awesome job with the interior, including the trunk! My car looked like a brand new car! All of that work was finished in four days! They are very hard workers and don't take advantage of people!
