Why did they make the appointment with the nurse practitioner many months ago if I needed to see my primary first? UPDATE: I was told that the nurse practitioner and the primary doctor aren't on the same "team". So that is an excuse have have me lose a day's pay? Very disappointed and upset (mentally & physically). I will spend my day off finding another medical practice.

I was unable to bring my spouse as our toddler was acting up this morning and we had had a very bad morning. I was not only turned away for my appointment, but they still took $90 off of my credit card, for an appointment I didn't have (not for a lack of trying) while not explaining why exactly it is that they won't bill insurance. The office staff is nice, but this isn't the 1920's. If I can't bring my husband with me to my own doctor appointment, that shouldn't mean I'm forced to reschedule. I don't recommend wasting your time with this office unless you have $90 to waste.

Chelsy got very visibly upset when my husband asked about possibly getting my daughter steroids and antibiotics for possible pneumonia. When I attempted to express my concerns about our daughter's symptoms along with the potential need for antibiotics Chelsy began yelling at me and saying some rather unprofessional things to include "I am the nurse practitioner and I have more education" and "I'm done treating you". All solely because she lacked the clinical competence and confidence in her own knowledge to have a calm discussion about her findings and reasoning with me when I calmly asked a simple question. I can honestly say my family has never dealt with such an unprofessional provider in our lives. She refused adequate treatment, barely even listened to my daughter's lungs, and became so upset and defensive at one simple question that only required clarification to given, that she didn't do her job effectively. This required us to go to another urgent care in town, pay a second copay, and all just to have the MD say what we already knew - that our daughter needed to be treated for pneumonia. Whoever's the overseeing physician is - they need to get rid of this NP or at the very least provide her with more education so she can feel comfortable enough in her own skills to be able to calmly and concisely defend her medical decisions as any actual provider would. Don't recommend unless they can get someone with experience in Chelsy's place.

In 2019 Dr. William performed what was supposed to be a routine partial hysterectomy on me. During…read morethe procedure he cut into my bladder ! He "fixed" it without help of a urologist. I spent several weeks with a Bladder bag, long-term pain and inability to do normal everyday life things due to this botched surgery. In 2021 , the bladder repair ruptured! I became extremely I'll very quickly and no one could figure out why at first. By the time someone had figured out what was going on , I was septic and my kidneys had began shutting down . After emergency life saving surgery at another hospital by a truly knowledgeable surgeon , I then spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital meanwhile missing Christmas with my children . Once I was able to go home, I was bedridden with a bladder bag for several weeks and then unable to do daily life activities for over 6 months . To this day , I am still greatly affected and undergoing treatment for the botched surgery performed by Dr. William McIntosh. Please do not use him for your treatment!!!
