That first time, I spoke to Renee Neville about a customized piece and she walked me through the entire process. After placing the order by telephone, I was able to pick up like a week later and through that process, we were in contact via text. The service was fantastic! So, here I am again, wanting to place an order. I sent Renee a text message, no answer. I went online and sent two messages through the "contact us" tab, no response, I called the shop number numerous times at (209) 835-1472, the phone line would just ring and then voice machine. I left voice messages. One time, I was able to speak with someone, she told me she would get back to me that day (I wanted to know if they could find me in their system because I wanted the exact order from last time) but two days passed, no returned phone call. I left another message and Dave from Tracy glass texted me back that day (3/28/24) and we chatted a bit, I told him that I would like to place an order and that was the last time I heard from anyone. I don't know what is going on here. Today, I sent another message to Dave. I called the office, no response. At this point I feel like I'm bothering!! I wanted to purchase from this business because of the experience I had with them last time but that is NOT the case now. Very unfortunate!
