Tameem is a super nice & fair guy. We had Dragon Glass do our front door after getting really high quotes elsewhere, although the others would want to purchase the glass for you and mark it up materials and trip charges of supplying it. We bought the glass cut out we wanted, and then had Tameen's crew install it on our existing front door, with cutting it, and framing it in, then also painting the door on the outside as well. We've also brought Dragon back in January 2024 to do our upstairs guest bathroom with shower doors instead of the curtain we've had there for quite a while now. Way easier to deal with for my kids now that they're getting bigger and need the space. They do excellent work and at a fair price. This is a hard working local family owned business. Horrible, absolutely horrible. They did a terrible job and didn't finish and left a mess. There was debris on the floor and caulking debris from sanding where they cracked the white plastic inside of the French door That makes it look like little windows this was done on their second attempt to get it right and they didn't. They didn't fill in the screw holes with caulking like the other side had caulking covering the screw holes, but they didn't bother to do that nor did they replace two of the screws. A shoddy mess at best. When supposedly done they didn't bother to shut the door and my dogs got in and made a mess. I would not recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy. It was a horrible experience and it was a terrible job. Why didn't they fill in the screw holes like the other side, the screw holes were filled in on the other side but I guess it's just as well because I'm going to have to replace two screws, they lost two screws. The way they fixed what they cracked with white silicone caulking, after sanding it when they came back the second time, they just left a mess on the floor and didn't shut the door. read more

Overall glass install was decent. But they broke the windshield wide moldings. 1 flew off on the freeway which cost me more money to replace. One is still on there but the tabs are broken. I would probably go find somewhere more professional. read more

I called this company to get an estimate on some windows. I made an appointment for the following Monday at 4 to 4:15 pm. I know I had the time correct because I put it in my phone right after I hung up. Monday comes, 4:15 comes and goes. At 5:25 people show up at my door and I told them they were late, the guy states, "so you don't want it?" I said no and he turns away , states "no problem", then as he walks away he starts cursing me out, even using the f*** word! Wow, could he be any more unprofessional? I do not know why these guys do not have any more reviews - But I am going to tell you - they were awesome I ordered another glass company to come out because they were the only ones who said they can install before my deadline! After 2 days of Me needing to contact them and excuse after excuse - of why they couldn't come out - I called Dragon - Tameem came out within a few hours and gave me estimate and a date he can install. The other company came out the next day with the glass - and after one guy could not install, he had his supervisor come out - they preceded to break my window rail and bent the hell out of it and said the only way they can install was to break the PERFECTLY good glass and it would costs me over $600 to repair - because they said the house settled and locked the window in place, this is doubled what they charged and now I would have to wait 2 weeks. I refused for them to proceed as they clearly did not know what they were doing. I called Dragon back and explained the situation he told me he will see if he can get a second guy out here with him to assure the job is done right. 9AM the next morning Tameem and Wasim came out assessed the situation and said no way - we can get this out. The were in and out in less than a hour! DID A FANTASTIC Job. very professional gave me quotes for other windows - I will definitely be using them again if I need windows/glass repaired or replaced. The prices are NOT outrageous for the experience they have so don't go for the cheapest guys - go with the quality ones. Thank you again Tameem and Wasim! read more

Was quoted $575 for a frosted glass replacement in my bathroom. Waited over a week for it to come in and during the installation, the worker broke one of the glass panels/windows. Then couldn't install the other side of the window correctly saying the frame I had wasn't great due to my house settling. Still charged me $400. Would never recommend this company. read more
