One of the best "decorating" decisions I made led me to Chrystal and Steve at All American Glass. They worked with me to fabricate custom glass for most of my bureaus and tabletops. Not only is the addition of glass aesthetically appealing, my furniture is protected and cleaning is simplified. Depending on where the item is located and specific uses, Chrystal presents options and also offers her valuable recommendations. Time frame and prices are more than reasonable. One of my projects was during the holidays and they still made it happen. Last summer, I realized the outdoor rattan table needed a stable surface for refreshments. Quick trip to see Crystal and the following week.....problem solved . WELL....the only flaw was my measuring! Requested a quote from this company 2 weeks ago via yelp. They were very prompt with getting back to me with an estimated cost and even sent a technician out to our home within a couple hours to confirm the job specifications (replacing a single pane window). The technician said they would send the info to the office and confirm the quoted price. They made it out to be a very quick and simple job "we would cut the glass right outside from the truck" meaning they didn't have to wait on material. Since then it has been crickets. We have contacted the company multiple times (not the other way around) and the response is always the same "we need to get the info from the technician and get back to you"... "we'll call you back with an appointment." The customer service (aside from the immediate technician coming out) has been horrendous/nonexistent. It's unfortunate because their prompt response initially lead us to believe our window would be fixed quickly. After going back n forth with this company for 2 weeks we will not be getting our window fix through them or seek them for any future services. read more

This review covers two separate excellent services provided by All American Glass. I think in 2023 they sold me and installed a floor to ceiling mirror that was for a new room addition intended to be a Gym. Great price, fast delivery, high quality mirror and perfect install. Fast forward to the end of 2025 and we decided to move our 16 year old into that room. The Gym room was so huge and his room was pretty small. He didn't want the mirror so I called back All American Glass to come and remove it. They were here within a couple of days and removed it very cleanly. Those wall mounted mirrors are on there really good so they told me in advance it was possible there could need to be some dry wall patches. Nope they got if off super clean. Just needed a little touch up paint. The price was extremely reasonable. Like shocking reasonable. The folks you deal with on the phone and the installers/removers are very nice and knowledgeable. Ever since covid customer service has been non existent. Not at All American Glass. Walked in on a Tuesday and was greeted by Crystal. Told her I was looking for replacement shower door. She showed me options and gave me s estimate of cost. Arranged to have one of their staff come to measure on Wednesday. Price remained the same which included tax and installation. Got an email on Thursday saying it could be installed on Friday. Booked a time the installers were very professional and completed the install in about an hour and a half. The absolute WORST experience I've had with a company in a very long time. I called over a week ago for a replacement garage door window, gave the dimensions of the glass, and was told I'd get a call back to pick it up that day. Four days later (the following Monday), they told me I needed to provide the dimensions of the glass (which I provided the preceding Thursday), so I gave the dimensions again. When I checked on the order on Tuesday, they asked me to bring the frame for the garage door window, so I did that. The next day I received a call asking for the "other" frame, which didn't exist, so I was asked to send a photo of the garage door where the window was, so I did that. About a half hour later, I was told that a photo did them no good and I needed to send the dimensions -- so I sent the dimensions FOR A THIRD TIME. Not having heard anything further, I sent another text this morning explaining that there was nothing more that I could provide, and that I would stop by to pick up the frame if they were unable to figure out how to cut the glass (which seems to be the most basic thing they do). Receiving no response, I went to the shop to pick up the frame this morning. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they would have liked to have helped, but they needed the dimensions! I reminded her that I sent the dimensions THREE TIMES -- once by text and two other times during phone conversations. She responded by claiming that I "didn't send them until this morning." This was the most bizarre experience I've ever had with a business. It was literally more like a prank than an actual transaction with a customer. Never again! read more

I needed to get the glass on my Sliding Patio Door replaced and called around to get quotes. Most of the other companies gave direct quotes over the phone and some even charged money up-front before coming. All American Glass was the only company to even offer to come-out to take a look. I scheduled a time and date for the free quote and Steve (the owner) came on time. Steve took some measurements and said the office staff would be in touch. Later that day Crystal sent me an email with a contract proposal along with the quote. Their quote was the most reasonable compared to the other companies. Once I signed the contract they said it would take about 1 week to get the parts. To my surprise, I get a call 4 days later and they said they had the parts and were available to install. That same day Juan and Santiago came over and it took them a little over an hour to complete the glass replacement. Juan and Santiago were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient and cleaned-up after themselves. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the responsiveness, service, and work that All American Glass provided. We had Steve come out to replace a second story window several years ago, and it was such a great experience that when a window recently came out of the frame creating a gap on one side, we contacted All American Glass again. The communication from the company was immediate (they even called back to remind us that he was coming, and to give a more specific time for arrival) and we were quickly on their schedule. Steve came out and did some measuring and inspecting, and was carefully able to slip the (very large) window pane back into place. To him, this was a quick fix that he didn't want to charge us for. To us, this was a huge eyesore and energy waste as air flowed in and out of the gap with ease.
