The beertenders almost never come over by even when it's slow, if they say they will be back in a minute - they probably wont be back, and the beers are often half full in the mugs when you have specific beertenders. There is one AMAZING worker, Jason. He is attentive, always helpful, quick and manages the bar fantastically. I do regularly have issues with another specific employee/manager, a woman who's name begins with a T. She has been there since day 1 and service remains poor, always with a little bit of attitude. Clarice is good at blend ideas, sometimes blending a beer just makes it that much better. I wish so bad that they would bring back the dart/ring toss spot in the back to play games. Very wasted space back there now and it was always fun to play back there. Love the patio space with shade. Love the event space and events. Tad loud on live music nights, but thats to be expected. Storm Stayed has lots of their own beers plus lots of guest brews to choose from. I had two types, their Daybreak (blonde ale), and their Bad Math. Both were very refreshing and SO delicious. Having been to a few small craft brewers here in town, I'd say that Storm Stayed had the best taste hands down! In addition to great beer, they have lots of seating and lots of games you can pick up and play. I love that they push a 'sit anywhere' policy. I'm sure on busy evenings, this would be a great way to meet people! Storm Stayed gets a half a mark off for overall atmosphere. If you are looking for something cozy and intimate, this may not work for you. With its tall, bare, white walls, large spaces between tables, and echo-y acoustics, it can feel kind of cold and cavernous. The top 40 music being played from the tiny speaker in the corner didn't really fit in either. These things, however, will not keep me away. I'm excited to stop in for more brews that Storm Stayed cooks up! They are always adding unique flavors and guest taps.They also host small events like bike workshops. They specialize in ales and lagers made with regional ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into each brew. Every one we tried, and I think we tried them all- was incredible. The beer engine was a standout, excited to see one in the states, made the pour was incredibly smooth and full of character. They also had a seltzer that was Honestly one of the best I've ever had. Served on ice with a garnish, it was super m refreshing and surprisingly flavorful. No food menu but they did have chips and even a NA drink option. Between the great drinks, the friendly atmosphere, and the unique touches you don't find everywhere, this place really made our trip.
