I was kindly greeted with a glass of champagne, enjoyed the lounge, had my massage, then used the steam room and shower to get ready for the rest of the evening. Loraine, the women's locker room attendant, was SUCH A DOLL. I adored talking with her. She has such a kind soul and always asked people how they were, if they needed anything, and how their service was. I would totally come back just to see her again, she was so so nice!!! As for the older woman with glasses that provided the service for the manicure she was so mean. I should have known better when she was yelling at the girl before me. I have never been yelled at like that in my life. I have issues with my hands and she would yelled at me if I moved. I asked for almond nails and well take a look at the pictured. These are the ugliest nails I have ever gotten. The manicure was $60 and the pedicure $50. I will not be returning. This was supposed to be a relaxing moment and I walked out with a migraine. Yay for my ugly birthday nails. Also, I did bring up the issue with the shape of my nails but was dismissed and I'm not a confrontational person so I'm stuck with these nails.

I asked for almond shaped medium length acrylics with green tips and for the most part they're OK but they're way pointier than the photo i showed, the acrylic on some of them is thick and bumpy, she didn't even push back my cuticles and sent me out of the store moments after we finished with wet nails so 2 of them got messed up by rain drops hitting the wet nail polish. Also The nails on my right hand don't match the length or the shape of the nails on the left. she seems very sweet and has other good reviews written about her so maybe I just got her on a bad day when she was overworked. if you don't look closely my nails are fine but I expected better for the price.
