I have been here several times because the salon is very clean and my manicures hold up so well. However, each time I have gone I've had a bad experience with the owner Cindy. She is snappy, aggressive, and unfriendly. I reached the breaking point as she was rude to two customers at different times in front of everyone - rolling her eyes for all to see. One was a sweet elderly lady who kindly asked to wait for a particular technician. She bit her head off and argued with her for no reason at all, just because she wanted to do her nails to move her along. This woman politely responded to please be kind. Cindy continued arguing with her. I will not go back and I suggest you never go either - the fact that she gets business is beyond me. It's horrible behavior. I was looking for a new nail salon and I stopped by Glaze Nail. I was very impressed by the decor, ambiance and set up of the salon. I did not have an appointment however, I was greeted promptly by Kim. She asked what service I wished to have done, (pedicure) and then she instructed me to choose a nail polish color. (She explained to me how to "read" which bottles were regular polish and which were gel colors.) She was very kind to me when I still managed to choose the incorrect type. Kim was very professional, efficient and she showed me the different types of services and prices which I appreciated. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon too. Do not come here! They overcharge and the work is mediocre. I came on my lunch break, so I had to be quick. Before knowing the $35 it would cost for a polish change on my toes, I wasn't happy with the work she did. My toes are different lengths, the white is faded. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix it!! I gave 2 stars because Tina was nice. But a full gel pedicure is $52... so for $17 more I could have had a full pedicure?? read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I requested a simple "design" and the picture speaks for itself. The nail shape was supposed to be oval, the French tip is crooked in some nails. It was just not what I expected, specially from the pictures they post in these reviews and in Instagram. read more

This is my third time going to this salon and I am disappointed again. I kept giving them chances thinking I wasn't explaining what I want correctly. Every time I got my nails done they were so rough and rushing through the whole appointment. I don't ever write bad reviews but I felt like I needed to say something today. I asked for subtle coffin shape nails and she gave me I don't know what shape. My nails are all crooked and the lengths don't even match. They charged me $60 because they shaped my nails wait what?! So shaping is not included. $60 is a lot of money to spend somewhere and still not be happy. read more

I really wanted to like this place: it's beautiful and spacious, very nice and polite employees. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and my toes look great but my manicure is a huge disappointment. Three days later, and my cuticles are even messier than before I went and the polish looks like there's weeks of growth from the bed. (My nails don't grow particularly fast either.) They're so bad I'm going to have them redone and I'm not thrilled at the expense of two manicures in two weeks. read more

I was serviced by an older women and during my service I complained about pain of taking my nails of due to her using drill on a high level . After my short pedi that still has old ORANGE paint showing under new black gel paint that cost $55 , which is crazy for a 20 min pedi and crocked nails . This woman really didn't care even after drilling my nail bed down to the point I can feel the burn . I advised her again she needed to let them soak and she was damaging my natural nails that were long. She insisted we cut them down because she obviously thinned my nails and I still had acrylic left over she insisted I keep . I was livid and tried to keep my composure and speak with the manager outside . She tried to act concerned and could visibly see the damage to my natural nails . She insisted I pay $55 dollars for the WORST PEDI IN MY LIFE. I paid and she gave my two $5 gift card only redeemable at separate times. Which is crazy to me because my natural nails are DESTROYED . My pedi still has old paint and crooked . My 70 year old mother just received a random text from this salon saying she should take her business elsewhere and she was not welcomed back to the salon; I wrote the comments. My mother and I were in for services and encountered a less than calm environment and I (her daughter) gave an honest review. The owner's baby was screaming during our visit, we paid full cost for a stressful visit. My comments were on the environment not on the quality of service. I wrote the comment from her phone since she was impacted by the stress. She has always liked this salon - wow an interesting reaction to a factual and truthful observation. read more

If there was a zero stars button this would be the time to use it. My sister got her nails done with me and ended up having a bad experience too. She got a full set acrylic with gel on top and she ended leaving left with shreks fingers. She might as well as go live in his swamp with those nails. Her nails are clumpy, uneven and are just over all a disgrace. She left with glue all over her fingers and while she was getting her nails done her fingers got stuck to the nail tech. She's very upset and once again the owner was not willing to comply. I ended having to call my mom and have her come to the nail salon because my mom does well with these types of situations. I wish I could give a minus 10. I hate drill remover of nail polish-if it's not done correctly it can damage a nail. And that's what happened. She used a drill to remove my polish. Then then technician began using adhesive to secure the tips. It was uncomfortable but I could handle it. Next finger, more pain, 3rd finger burned so much that I stopped the manicure so hot that a jerked my hand away. I then asked for the three tips be removed.(she also dropped the gel on my index finger-burning again). The technician spoke to the manager who apologized and moved me to a different technician who removed the remainder of the adhesive from my nails and proceeded to finish with a normal manicure. The manager never checked again - during the manicure nor at check out. read more

I was hoping to try a new salon for a relaxing pedicure. Nothing relaxing about it -- the pedicure was rushed - the people working there were rushing about and it felt chaotic. My 30 minute upgraded pedicure ($38) was done in 20 mins. They were busy (good for them) but since I had an appointment, I was expecting better. Then when I went to pay, there's an upcharge for using a credit card and you can't add a tip (only cash or Venmo). Since I called to make an appointment, it would have been helpful to have been told this information so I could have been prepared. I won't be going there again. read more

I use to like their services very well. Now I felt they just want to make money and finish the work. I suppose to get 55 minutes service. Technician finish in 33 minutes and other she was start cleaning and completed to 40 minutes. I am very disappointed today. I came in with my sister to both get a full set of acrylic nails. every. single. nail. of mine was a different shape. it was so bad that i had to go back and had them fix it. they did not fulfill my needs, it just resulted in them filing even more which results in DAMAGE to my REAL nail. my sisters nails had a horrible paint job, as if the paint was 10 years old. she also went back with me to get a new paint job. 0/10 recommend this place. read more

Nail tech seemed to not listen to simple request. Got a pedi and she didn't cut my nails down. One I had to cut myself because it was getting ingrown. My nails I asked her to thin out tips but did not do that either. Not a fan of the nail tech. Salon looks nice. read more

Great new spot! Very relaxing and super sweet ladies. When we first stepped in, we were greeted with a large smile (I know she was smiling under that mask -lol) and she was expecting our arrival. She offered complimentary drinks and my bail tech helped pick out a color that would compliment my skin tone. The salon is huge and very modern. No problem social distancing because of the size. My sister & I got the organic spa pedicure and were not disappointed. They exceeded our expectations and we plan to go back! Definitely recommend this salon. If you are looking for some too much pushing service for the add on service, then it's your go to place. Today me and my husband went for mani and pedi for myself and pedicure for my husband. Once we sat down on the chair the person who was taking care of me started saying why don't you have the detox service and all and I said I am fine with the normal pedicure. Once she started doing she started saying that I need callous remover and it's an add in and extra and I said fine and next she said you need the hot wax thing and it's extra and I said fine . Once I am done with pedicure went to do for manicure and she stated doing the gel and I said I don't want gel and she was continuously saying I need gel and it stays long and all and I said I don't need and she was not happy at all.
