I've been a very loyal customer to this location, I live an hour away from Ashburn and come all the way back to this place just to get my nails done. The owner at this shop does not respect their customer's time. Every time I make an appointment here, I always wait 10-20+ mins. There is never a time that I arrive on time to my appointment and get tended to right away. It seems that they are taking more customers than they can handle. They take in walk ins 10 mins before an appointment arrives. They even asked me to come back an hour later past my appointment time to do nails! That's ridiculous, why take an appointment at all? I want ti star by saying I have come to this place for almost 12 months always with Jasmine she is very good but the problem with the place is that they do not have enough people to work and they are always over booked. Today I had my appointment at 12pm the lady I don't even know her name tool me at 12:10pm put the acetone and left me in the table to make another lady that came. She left me in the table with the wrap on my fingers and they started to burn, she told me she was coming back in 5 minutes. Divine Nail Spa..., Today was a day I decided to get information on their services. I have seen this place a number of times but never walked inside until now. Unpon walking in I was greated by a woman who did not smile much... maybe because she wasn't sure of the prices. Speaking of prices, there were not any price menus to look at in prices. They have them on their computer which does not help the walk in customer like me. "Yes, couldn't you just look them up on the internet?" Yes, I suppose I could, but this was spur of the moment and I wasn't planning this visit. (I think this would be something they might want to fix if they aren't already working on this problem. I will check back on this later...) Anyhow, the woman after a moment went and got her boss. It was around this time one of the ladies who was helping two other customers asked me if I was John on Yelp. Apparently she has read some of my reviews and said I gave bad reviews on some nail places. This is true if i feel the service was bad. I don't go writing bad reviews for fun. She spoke in her native language letting her other colleagues know about me. "Que Sera Sera" as the song goes. It was around that time the manager with her American name of Ann showed up. She gave me the prices of waxing for full legs($80), full arms($50), back($50), manicure&pedicure ($40). Sadly Ann told me men do not get the privilege of getting the Brazilian waxing. The prices I just name I believe were men and women. Ann said to call for an appointment should I want service. I will take up up on that offer Ann. I will find out how Loudoun county hospitality is at this nail salon very soon. This place looks very clean and organized, but I would like a closer inspection. Ok first time I ever did dip powder ombre! Lily was super sweet and patient with me cause I just couldnt make up my mind *.* She had a good firm hand should be a massage therapist too! She took close attention to my mani and pedi, her detail was very outstanding. I manage a medi spa I wish she would come work for me!!! The facility itself was nice and calm, curtains to keep pedi chairs from being too close. Very friendly atmosphere, not what you see in most nail shops, was super clean. Love that they use the liners in the tubs. Only reason not 5 stars is i didnt check the close before walking in, and me and a few other people were still in the facility and they were closing up shop. How this place is still surviving is a mystery to me. I just recently moved back to the area. I walked-in for a gel fill. The owner (or at least she is done sort of manager) was less than happy and out me with Kim. All was well until I got home and really took a look at them from the side and they had humos like a camel! I went back the next day and when asked to have them fixed the owner (or whatever she is) said "you messed them up" and I said "no, your technician did. They are horrible". She did not look amused and asked for me to come back the next day. Next day, I walked in, Kim starts filing them and I kept saying they have bumps, file them more (in a very respectful way) she then asks where I got them done and to back there since they know what I like...I said "I want them to look nice, that is not hard to do and it's what every client wants". Once she stopped, I got up and said you've done enough, I'll go home and put polish on them. Never again I'm stepping foot in this place. Literally never been soo drastically overcharged in my life at a nail salon. I got their spa pedicure which was labeled $56 on the menu, with gel polish and I had to get gel taken off my toes. The total I was charged for the pedicure was $80, all I got was white on my toenails, no design. Please explain to me how an additional $24 was added just by getting gel?? Then I got an acrylic fill, with a French tip design. I had one nail that was missing the acrylic and tip which had to be replaced and one other nail was chipped. Usually an acrylic fill is $40; I was charged $76!! For a total of $156 and I regrettably tipped on top of that! And it took her over 3 whole hours (1 hour for the pedicure and over 2 hours for the most simple French design.) If you do decide to go here do not ask for Tracy, this is not the first time she has overcharged me, I usually just let it go but this was definitely the most unbelievable; ask for Kim instead, who never overcharged me ever. Needless to say, I will never be back here again. So disappointing. read more

So after stopping by my go to place for a pedicure and they were SUPER busy (Mother's Day) ...I decided to give this place a try. Overall, the salon was pretty clean. My experience was pretty average. I was told to choose a color and immediately was taken back to a chair for my pedicure. I was handed a menu with lots of options for pedicures. Basic pedicures started at $32 and went up from there I picked the Butter Pedicure ($39) one step up from the basic. It got the sea salt scrub and butter lotion on my legs and I got to choose the scent. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet and painted my toes. Overall my pedicure was between good to okay. So I decided I could use a brow wax as well and decided to give it a whirl while I was there. I didn't want to take the time to go see my other lady in a town over. The back room was a little scary and so not comfortable. There was a burnt out light bulb and paper to lie on. She made me brows much smaller than I prefer and then asked me if I wanted my upper lip waxed?!? I have NO hair there?!?! Totally freaked out I went to my car afterwards looking for some...but none. I asked my husband and he confirmed none there. Phewwww....why she asked if I wanted that waxed beats me!!! If you want to add tip to your card you need to let them know before they swipe it. The lady who did my pedicure wasn't really very friendly. I would maybe be up for another pedicure...but maybe with someone else who works there. read more
