We came here for a girlfriend's day out! After being couped up in the house, this was a really nice treat. It took so long to find a place that would accommodate all three of us so I'm really glad their staff really made it work. We all wanted a pedicure and massage but with the COVID restrictions, they had to shift us around to make sure social distancing was enforced. All of the staff are wearing proper mask and even the face shields. We had to wear our mask while in the building. All of the necessary paperwork are sent and filled out prior to your appointment so when you check in, there's not much to do. They take your temperature when you first walk in and get you settled for your service. My friend and I were able to get our pedicures done while our other friend is getting her massage. We would've prepared to be done altogether, but we still had a great time and was able to catch up in between walking the hallway going to the next appointment. The spa pedicure was amazing! They really took their time and the color came out really nice. Then we were off to get our massages. It was a little bit hard to keep the mask on during the massage but it was worth it! Too bad we couldn't stay to enjoy the Peacefulness and relax a little bit more but we still came out new and refreshed! read more

I was given a gift certificate for teacher appreciation week a few years back from my K class. Unfortunately I misplaced it but recently found it and wanted to make an appt for Mother's Day. When I husband brought it in to make my surprise appointments, he was told that they would not honor it. I understand the pricing has increased and my husband even offered to redeem it at 50% of its face value. But he was informed that it was worthless. Very poor customer service, and for a teacher no less. Based on our experience, would NEVER recommend! read more

I have been going to Amenity Day Spa since they opened at this location, at least 20 years ago. I have never had a disappointing experience. I was looking for a place for facials, massages and waxing and Amenity was highly recommended. I was blown away by my experience there. The lockers and rest areas are beautifully appointed with excellent service and fabulous estheticians. When traveling. or visiting friends, I will occasionally get a spa service with them. None stack up to Amenity. I drive 40 minutes to Amenity, but it is definately worth the drive. read more

Let me start out saying my nail tech was AMAZING!!!! Now for the the not so great. This trip was SUPPOSED to be a surprise, when appointments were scheduled the person on the phone was told this & send everything to me. This did not happen. The birthday girl received FIVE, yes FIVE emails. This brings me to the next complaint, send ONE email and follow up with ONE text. Stop sending something if someone doesn't respond in 5 minutes. Also, for the area they are in, rooms shouldn't look aged, flooring bad, tushy washer not working either, get better TP!! read more

I had been looking forward to this all week and let me tell you, Amenity did not disappoint. I got a pedicure, an oxygen facial and a massage-- from start to finish, extremely relaxing and blissful. Started off with a cranberry mimosa (no orange juice, but that was an option) with my pedi, which (though I usually like Essie, was OPI, but that's ok) focused on a detailed pedicure job with a moisturizer serum or something. On to my facial, which was also delightful-- really loved that my aesthetician Reid gave me a heads up about tingling serums. Then, a hot stone massage to top off a cold day. I haven't felt relaxed like this in quite a while. I don't know if I'll come back. I might get addicted. I honestly booked it before I realized it was almost an hour from my apartment... but oh man. Amenity Day Spa is such a relaxing place to go. With calming spa music and water features throughout the building, it was such a tranquil experience. Before my massage, I was given a warm, comfortable robe to change into along with socks and slippers. The changing room had a shower, private changing stalls, and lockers to store your private belongings. While waiting, I was offered a drink (champagne, water, tea) in the sitting room. I had Rayonne as my massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and made sure to work on my areas of need. She did an excellent job. I loved the heated bed and towels, relaxing music, and ambient lighting. The whole spa was very clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. read more

Coming for years with my wife and the services are excellent. Owner Mandy who works also with customers helped by several therapists including Lauren, Reid, Rubin and Erin all have provided great services for my wife and I for several years. Location is easy to find and there are specials and discounts. Rooms are very comfortable and they take their time. Awesome locker rooms but if you are a guy you can go straight into the rooms and change. Saves time but you can stay after to use the steam room etc. From check in to exit you are definitely pampered. read more

One of the best deep tissue massages I've had - ask for Danae. I did 90 minutes and I'll go back. She was wonderful. The place doesn't look like a spa from the outside building, but once you are inside you will relax and unwind. There is a locker for your things - soft robes, slippers, etc. So good! She gave me insightful knowledge about the product, and assured me that they'll have it ready for me the next day. I've been here almost 10 times over the past few years. Overall its a decent place. Its a bit expensive, and frankly the front desk people seem a bit invasive with their questioning (do they really need to ask me, every time, in front of other guests, why I am there? - why can't they just send me back to my appointed person?). Also numerous times when calling to make an appointment, the receptionist has had to put me on hold or even request I call back later. This is not a high-traffic business. They need to get more competent people manning the front desk. Otherwise my experience has been decent. read more

I highly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you may change into a plush robe and slippers and enjoy a hot tea or Mimosa. I had never had a facial before yesterday. My appointment was with Rubi . I did not know what to expect but the experience passed my expectations. The front desk staff were very courteous. There is a dressing room where you change and can lock your clothes and personal items. The facial was really amazing. Rubi was polite and answered all my questions. The facial was relaxing and Rubi also massaged my feet, hands, and head. My skin felt so clean and soft afterwards and Rubi made a few suggestions for my skin care.
