I had my bathroom tub reglazed and had them rechaulk the perimeter of the tub a little on 7-11-25. The chaulking started to come off about 2 weeks later, I sent a text message to the company planing the problem but no reply. I then called the company but no one answered so I left a message explaining the problem, weeks later still no reply. You my want to use a different company because once they have your money they will not answer your calls to resolve any issues. There are several companies that perform this service, do your research because the service is not cheap. read more

I had scheduled work and advised when making that appointment not to call me day before to confirm but instead 2 days prior since I was flying in from out of state. I instead got voicemail while I was on plane on my way to NY the day before . I spent $1000 on this trip with the sole purpose to have this work done. But what makes this whole situation worse is that I made several attempts to contact Glaze-Tec as requested in the voicemail, left several messages myself and never got a call back. It was bad enough to throw away $1000 but then to tip it off with no return call exemplifies how bad customer service is. I was able to find another company to do the work which ended up being less cost, did an awesome job and was a pleasure to work with. I would not recommend Glaze-Tec at all. read more

Terrible work-terrible customer service. They do not care if they rob their customers. One year after having this company repaint a bathtub it was peeling. Jeanette refused to honor the guarantee because I could not locate the receipt. Similar complaints on Google. It's probably just as well anyway-because who needs the aggravation? Over the years, I had surface damage on my bathtub due to a bathtub floor mat with suction cups. American Standard recommends no abrasive cleaner should be used to clean the bathtub, but there was no mention on bathtub floor mat. I called their customer service, and they were useless in helping in resolving this issue with limited recommendations. I did some research myself and came up with Glaze-Tech. I called and was told that the chemical they use is not regular paint but it is a chemical they use that impregnates to the tub surface with heat. I scheduled them to come over to reglaze the tub. Dan and Patrick from Glaze-Tech arrived at my house on time ( very rare that happens in my experience). Both were very professional and explained the whole process. I had a good sense that I picked the right people for the task after talking with them. I can see they took pride in their work. They restored my bathtub with amazing results. The bathtub looks new. My wife and I are pleased with the results. Before they left, Dan patiently explained how to maintain the new surface. Additional note. There will be a chemical smell after completing the job for a couple of days, but that is expected. This is a small price to pay for this amazing result you will get as a finished product. Terrible company terrible owner Jeanette. She doesn't listen she yells terrible customer service I do not recommend them at all They don't fix what they do wrong . Shame Shame!! They installed on there own without asking a nonslip material on bottom of tub. It's coming up and peeling. The tub is covered for 5 years but the nonslip isn't and like I said we were not told this. Had this company do a Glaze on my tub. When it started to peal off , I called them for a repair. They said because I could not find my receipt they said they could not repair. I said dont you know who your clients are? They said sorry , we have to charge you a whole new fee like you are a new client. What the !!! read more

Never expected it to be as durable as it has proven to be. I have an old bathtub from the 1920s that I wished to retain but it was porous and hard if not impossible to clean. I knew I was taking a risk. If I redid the tub after a remodel and it was no good it would be too late to rip up everything. I had the tub done two months before the remodel. The tech begged me to wait since the tub would probably be damaged in the remodel which was a full gut job. I figured that if I was unhappy after 2 months, I would be out $ 550 if I was happy I would have the tub reglazed I couldn't replace this tub at double that. The contractor had to remove the tub to work on the framing etc. The plumber had to take wrenches to old fittings. The tub is fine. It does need to be redone at some point since the old walls stuck out further and it does have tiny nicks where the workers dinged it but by and large it still looks great figure I'll live with it and have it redone if it somehow gets damaged in the future. When that happens I will certanly use Glaze tech for the job. Fast professional and honest. WARNING other companies out there { some sizeable ones} will not give you good results. Thats why I had to see for myself first. One of my friends had it done by another company and was unhappy with the results. In fact she had glaze tech re do her tub and is now as pleased as I am. read more
