Brian had great communication in the lead up to the install, including ensuring delivery & acclimation of flooring materials. His team showed up right on time, communicated exactly what they were going to do and completed the job quickly & efficiently. It took nearly 3 full days to complete the job, but all the while they showed me progress, explained how to care for the floor, and even came back a few weeks later to add additional trim for the stairway leading up, to match the newly installed trim. He brought all his own tools, tables for organizing parts, and his own ladder and wheelbarrow! I was very impressed. Cesar showed up every morning, worked hard all day, and then his lovely wife came over at night to help him clean up the site and pack up his truck. They left the job site absolutely spotless. He is a dedicated professional who works carefully and takes pride in his work. The greenhouse turned out to be much more complicated than either of us expected. What was supposed to be a one-day job took three days. He did request an adjustment to the previously-agreed upon price, and that was fair. He put in a lot of work, staying until 7 pm at night. Cesar did an AMAZING job with the assembly. There were eight boxes of cedar wood, polycarbonate panels, a power port, a hose hookup, windows that open, a vent fan...and all the parts were in different boxes. Cesar opened all the boxes and organized all the pieces before getting started. I will absolutely hire Versatil/Cesar for any and all carpentry. It's rare to find someone who takes pride in doing the best possible job. Cesar is that rare someone. I also cannot overstate my appreciation that they cleaned up EVERY night. Too many contractors, especially plumbers, seem to think that I should clean up after them. I'm not their mommy. I recommend Cesar unreservedly. Neither of them spoke English. The job wasn't very good the tub was left gritty and the top part of the tub was shiny while the inside of the tub was matte. My husband was very displeased and expressed it to the guy who I ended up having to have my bilingual sister speak with. We complained to the owner who told us to wait for the tub to cure, and that he would send him back. He sent the same non English speaking worker, and he put cheap caulk around the tub which came out by December. I've been calling the company since to inform them that $475 later from October 8th to December the tub is already chipping and has 3 visible blisters where in just a matter of minutes the layer of paint will be able to lift off like peel and stick wallpaper. The owner covered his rear by taking advantage of the fact that his worker left no receipt or signed copy of the work. It was a cash transaction, and he is flippant about making this right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The service is terrible, the work is shoddy, and they DO NOT attempt to make things right. The owner went as far as saying it wasn't his company that did my tub. Meanwhile I did receive a card with the date they were coming but had I known the work was going to be so bad I would have held on to the only evidence that they came to mess up my tub. Off to report them to the BBB now.
