Unfortunately, the service did not come close to what was promised or what anyone should expect from a professional cleaning company. When the cleaning was supposedly completed, many areas still looked untouched. There was still visible dirt, dust, and grime throughout the home, including areas that should be standard for a move-out clean. For the amount I paid, I should not have had to go back through the property and find so many things that were still dirty. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism. A professional company should take pride in its work, pay attention to details, communicate clearly, and make sure the customer is satisfied before considering the job complete. Instead, I was left feeling like the job was rushed and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Charging over $300 for a move-out cleaning that was not properly completed is unacceptable. I expected a dependable, detailed, and professional service, but that is not what I received.
