I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. I walked through after and it felt like it did the day we moved in, perfect. It's ideal to have the same crew every time @ the scheduled time. After trying out 3 other household cleaning & help services over a 5 years time frame this is the best we have discovered & employed. The billing process is seamless & very accurate. We have learned that you must spell out whats expected & demand just that every engagement or visit. We chose every 2 weeks with the rare occasion something non-routine like help to flip or turn mattresses, dust ceiling light fixtures, etc. The employees of Four Seasons are always willing to help with the unexpected. Out of blue, about two weeks ago, we started having major issues with this company including no-shows where the cleaners never arrived; we have the confirmation emails as well they sent us for these cleanings. On one of these days, I texted the company (who has read receipts on so I know they read them) letting them know no one arrived and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged - we were super polite as we understand mistakes happen. Yet, they read those texts over a week ago now and never replied. Over the course of the last about 10 days, we have sent three emails to their main booking email address as well as Nancy (who helps with scheduling) to reschedule our cleaning that was missed and move around two other booking dates we had scheduled for the following month. No replies. No acknowledgment of the missed cleaning. No reply to us trying to reschedule it. Nothing. My husband and I are actually very confused as we have never complained about a single cleaning, never late cancelled, and have always paid on time. I was hoping to avoid this review and hoping a team member from Four Seasons Cleaning would reach out or reply to us, but now that over a week has passed, I'm not sure that will happen. I unfortunately can not recommend this company to anyone looking for consistency, reliability, and good communication.

I purchase a newly renovated home in Lynnwood at the beginning of September and I hired this company to come in a just wipe down all surfaces, dust, clean bathrooms. The house is empty except a couch and a couple pieces of bedroom furniture. It is newly renovated and had been vacant so I felt like it was a pretty easy job. I asked them to clear the cobwebs in corners, clean bathrooms, dust and wiped down kitchen surfaces, sanitize, and clean the crumbs/stickiness in kitchen cabinets/ drawers. Alex was the woman I spoke to on the phone who gave me a price estimate and set up my appointment. She was very nice, helpful and professional. I left work on the day of my appointment to come to let the two ladies in, returned to work, and came back from work two hours later when they had finished. They were waiting outside when I arrived and I paid $160 and tipped $15 each. I went into the house to take a look and luckily they hadn't left the driveway yet because there was spray foam clear that had not been wiped from the front of the oven. (No problem one lady came in and wiped it off.) Things looked fine but I was in a rush to get back to work so I left without really checking. Now that I am finally moving in I am discovering that it seems as though NONE of the kitchen cabinets or drawers were cleaned. There are crumbs, dust and sticky that I'm finding and I'm having to wipe down everything! Which would not be a big deal had I not paid someone to come in and do it first. There are still some cobwebs. This was on 9/8 and now that all my stuff is in the house and I'm unpacking it seems a bit too late to call for them to come back. I'm just very upset that this job was NOT complete and I have no idea what 2 people spent 2 hours doing in a totally vacant 1500 square foot house. Hired this company based on a recommendation from my property management company for a move out…read morecleaning. An employee came for an appraisal and quoted me at $400-$650 for a two bedroom 900 sq ft unit. I felt this appraisal was super broad but chose them because of the recommendation and they told me the house was in good shape (cleaner than average) and it shouldn't be price at the higher end unless they ran into anything really dirty. I was not provided an arrival time until 6PM the night before and they told me they would be there at 6:30am.... I no longer lived in the unit so this was a hassle. I texted the cleaner multiple times asking for an update and never received a response. I finally decided to go back to the unit to check it out. When I arrived, all the doors were unlocked and no one was there. This was alarming because this unit has had squatters before and our unit is right on a busy street. I didn't receive the bill until a week later and once opening it I was shocked to see we were charged over the maximum estimate. The bill was not itemized and did not provide an explanation as to why it costed that much. Only response I got from the owner was that the property management company (Maple Leaf) has a strict cleaning list and they charge the maximum in case they have to come back to clean more. 1. I don't see why that is my problem as a paying customer. 2. They did not disclose to me that they always charge the maximum in case they need to return beforehand. If I had known they would charge upwards of $700 for the cleaning, I would have gone with a different company. Feels like the estimate was just a way to secure the customer. OVERALL: I felt like they planned on charging me the maximum price beforehand and that the estimate was just a sales tactic. The bill was nonspecific and feels unprofessional. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to any of my friends who also rent. Bad business for move out cleaning.
