An impossible feat for a venue that is booked a year in advance! Even up until the last couple of weeks we weren't sure our wedding could be held because COVID cases were going up again. We agonized over it but Jacin continually reassured us and never made us feel bad for having the wedding, even though I'm sure she was uneasy too. It's not easy to understand the turmoil until you have been there, but we could not have gotten through it without Jacin. She thought of so many clever ideas for a COVID-friendly wedding such as colored wrist bands to distinguish guest's comfort level, monogrammed face masks, sanitizing the entire ballroom, etc. and was so patient in answering our guests emails and safety related questions. Jacin made me feel so calm on my wedding day and I never had to worry about a single thing. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, amazing fairytale weekend and our guests felt so loved and taken care of. Also, her team is amazing!! The facility itself does have a lot of fun play areas for kids, but it's also extremely overstimulating with constant screens, loud music, crowds, and overall chaos -- especially on weekends.
