Went to CatchAir for a birthday party and it was chaos. Adults were walking around with shoes in the play areas, children without socks, and there were bandaids, hair, and dirt throughout multiple sections -- especially in the 4-and-under area. It honestly looked like parts of the facility hadn't been cleaned in weeks. No one seemed to be supervising or cleaning. The only time I saw attendants away from the front desk or food area was when they were in the bathroom on their phones. This was my third visit, and the quality has noticeably gone downhill each time. There seem to be very few enforced rules regarding cleanliness or safety. The facility itself does have a lot of fun play areas for kids, but it's also extremely overstimulating with constant screens, loud music, crowds, and overall chaos -- especially on weekends. The pizza and food were also underwhelming for the price. Very small portions and cafeteria-quality. Party rooms are not well ventilated and after having a party of 25+ people, room smelled very badly. Overall: 3/5. Could be a great place with better maintenance, supervision, and cleanliness. read more

I recently hosted my son's 4th birthday at Catch Air Atlanta and left feeling disappointed by how the situation was handled. Six days before the party, I called to reserve a room. I was told bookings require at least seven days' notice, so it was not possible. The online system also would not allow me to reserve because it was within the week. I asked to speak with a manager and explained this was for my 4-year-old's birthday. She confirmed I could not book a room but said many families celebrate at a table instead. She also stated I could decorate the table and bring my own cake, though outside food was not allowed. Based on that information, I adjusted my plans. I limited the guest list to six children, brought simple Spider-Man décor, and purchased a $60 cake. When I arrived with my two young children and began setting up the table as discussed, a staff member approached and told me I needed to remove the decorations because I did not have a room. This was confusing and embarrassing, especially after confirming details in advance. I explained the prior conversation, even providing the date and time of my call so they could verify it. No one was willing to accommodate cutting the cake at the table or allow us into a room for even ten minutes to sing Happy Birthday. When I asked to speak with a general manager, I was told their team understands the rules. The tone suggested I was trying to bypass policy, which was not the case. I had followed the instructions given to me. Being told I could "reserve a different day" while guests were already present felt dismissive. The inconsistency in communication created unnecessary stress on what should have been a simple children's party. Clear, consistent policy explanation and a willingness to find small solutions would have made a significant difference. On a positive note, my son enjoyed playing and was happy during his party. That mattered most to me. I only hope management takes feedback seriously and improves communication so other families do not experience the same confusion. read more

This place is excellent for children to play. It is well kept and the staff is great. Safe environment.

From the name you would think this is a trampoline park but it is not. It's an indoor play area with a huge jungle gym and things to ride on. It's good for kids to run off some energy. Now walking in there's a wall of cubbies to put your shoes bc after checking in no shoes are allowed and you must wear socks (I'll get to that part later). You must sign a waiver either online or at the desk. Upon checking in for a party the guy at the front desk was anything but pleasant. I arrived late for a birthday party and I told him I could see them in the party room but he said no they're already gone. Smh. After seeing how annoyed I was becoming another employee came and actually listened to me and pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Mr unpleasant then saw I didn't have socks bc today just happened to be the day I wore my UGGs without socks and goes oh we can't let you in without socks. I said ok well do you have any I can purchase? He didn't answer at first untill another girl said yes and he finally spoke up and told me how much they were. Once in the party room my friends still had an hour of time. This place is entirely too dark for anyone to have piece of mind even with them doing the black light stamps for security purposes. You can't see your kid once they go into the jungle gym especially when there's a birthday dance party they shut off all the lights. My kids enjoyed themselves once they found the smaller kid area that was less crowded but my anxiety is through the roof. All in all this is an oversized Chuck Ee Cheese. Having to wear socks in the bathroom was a bit disgusting and walking past the water fountains I stepped in a puddle which wasn't the best feeling. read more

A great indoor play place for our infant (11 months) and toddler (2.5 yr old). Lots of play areas (ball pit, slides, soft climbing structures, and 2 small trampolines). It also has many interactive games, lots of lights and bright colors to entertain kids. Unlike many other indoor play places we've been, they are often cleaning here, so it feels less likely we'll bring home as many kid germs. We threw our toddlers birthday party here too, and everyone loved it. Definitely a great place to play when it's too cold or wet to play outside. read more

Catch air has become my daughter's obsession, so we have been to all of the locations in our area and Johns Creek was by far our favorite one. The play area is super clean and updated. They also separated a nice toddler area so your small ones can play safely. It was a 30+ min drive but I would make it every time, and more than likely will again very soon. read more

This place is awesome. It makes me feel like a kid again! Wonder if they allow adult birthdays here haha My 3.5 year old daughter has a blast here. We could easily spend at least 2-3 hours here. The facility is very clean and the staff wears masks (at least they did a few months ago, not sure about now). We usually come during the weekday and it isn't overly crowded. Our favorite are the slides!! Adults are allowed on the play equipment, which is good if you have younger kids who need assistance. The mood lighting and music is a plus! read more

This place is great and my 2 year old seemed to enjoy his playtime here. There's plenty to do for his age and he spent about 2 hours running from attraction to attraction. Some of the activities were too big or complex for him but he enjoyed simply looking at the other kids play on them. The indoor play space is large with plenty for kids his age to do. It was not too crowded and everything appeared properly cleaned/sanitized. I've been to several indoor play spaces in California but this play space had more unique activities and attractions. I also like that there were areas where parents could sit to watch kids playing nearby. I have to be very hands on at his age so I was made sure that I had comfortable clothes on that allow me to climb and squeeze through the play spaces right along with him. Once you pay you receive a matching invisible stamp that is required to exit with your child. I thought that was a nice tough for safety. We did not try any food. read more

I came here Sunday afternoon for my friend's birthday party for her 5 year old. I drive past here frequently and wouldn't have known that it existed, were it not for the party. The parking lot was packed, but it's extended, so there's no problem finding a spot. Inside the venue, multiple parties are taking place at once. Each party has their own private room, and there's also the open space where all of the fun games are, and where the little tykes were living their best life. So adorable!! Before you get to enter, you have to check in at the entrance, either on the ipads at the kiosk, or at the counter. Once signed in, or checked in, you have to leave behind your shoes before going in. Everyone is walking around in their socks. I put my sneakers in one of the cubby holes to the far left of the check-in section, but didn't realize (wasn't told) that to the right, there are bins marked for each party, to put your shoes in. The private rooms are along the back wall, by the restrooms. The kids were playing around in the open game section first, and then there was a dance party at the dance party section, where a ninja turtle-esque mascot walked out to take pictures with the kids. Afterwards, we all had pizza and cake in the private room. If you have little ones, this place would be a dream for them. We've frequented here many times and most times the place is clean and fun. Today- very different story. First there was a large screw sticking out of where you put your shoes away and it sliced my bag. I told the staff who basically shrugged it off and I suggested they at least cover it with tape so no one gets hurt. Didn't offer to remedy my torn bag or anything. Moving on... the place looks like, feels it, and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Crumbs and dirt everywhere and then we saw dead and alive spiders. We got here at 10am when they opened, they clearly had not cleaned in who knows how long. After my son slid into something sticky we decided to leave. I let the staff know that we were leaving because of it not being clean and they said "thanks we're working to open" uhh, what? It's a shame because it's a fun place, but I feel like we need to take a very long shower after just 40 mins of play. I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my cousin and nieces for a few hours. For the most part, people were wearing masks, including most of the children. The staff members were also wearing masks and cleaning routinely, which was great! While this location is not necessarily massive, it has lots of activities for all ages and many interactive games as well. So let me preface this by saying I haven't been to a place like this in a longggg time so coming in and seeing nothing but flashing lights, hearing the latest kids bop songs, and witnessing a gazillion kids running allllll over the place...was just a lot for me. Ventured here for my Godson's birthday party and I must say this place surely knows how to keep things organized and running fairly smoothly. There's an area with a ton of small cubby holes for your shoes to stay while you're hanging around because they do not allow shoes in the play area. And if you're having a party, they keep all the belongings of those attending the party in a little basket that's delivered to the party room when the fun is all over. There's a huge area for kids play around in with a dance floor full of lights, a small area for the tiny ones, a huge interactive game board that fills the wall, tons of slides and other things to keep the kiddos occupied. All in a super fun place and the staff are really helpful and nice. The only thing I didn't care for was when it was time to use the restroom, you couldn't wear your shoes and that restroom needed some attention. If you want a peaceful time, come on a weekday. You won't be disappointed. You'll feel like you rented out the place, lol. Anyhow, this review is for our weekday visit. A handful of kids, cleaning happening constantly, and employees that don't really bother you. Lot's to do for all ages. They have removed some of the equipment/toys they head and replaced it with giant wall to floor screen games. Makes it more open I guess? Walk in, shoes and coats off, visit an IPAD unless you're already in the system (like we are), sign waivers, or regulars just go straight to the cashier. Definitely the best Catch Air we've been so far, and by visual inspected the cleanest. Plenty of action for the kiddos and also the parents tossing the plastic balls on the wide wall screens. The fish design area is our favorite. Every now and then the Internet disconnection will go out on the screen which is a bummer. This is a really nice place. read more

Today 6/16/22 I brought my 2 grandchildren to enjoy the afternoon. Unfortunately, after about an hour or so, a child dribbled very loose poop throughout the floor and in some of the play areas. One of the employees wiped it up with paper towels and some sort of spray and I believe the mother of the child. As far as I'm concerned this was not good enough! The place needed to be COMPLETELY SANITIZED! Not just spot cleaned. THIS WAS A HEALTH HAZARD! I brought the hazard to the attention of another employee and she didn't seem to really care. The place should have been shut down and disinfected. Free Passes to return should have been given out. They continued to allow children to play in these areas and allow new customers in. We are members and have been coming twice weekly or more. Today, my son fell and was bleeding from the face the front desk clerk, Jennifer, told me "Just a moment, ma'am" and "to wait my turn" when I begged to to buzz me in. I told her I needed to get in to administer his a coagulant. I was holding his First Aid kit, and she ignored me to check in a family. He was sitting in the cafe where I could see him bleeding, but she refused to let me in. Fortunately, Shaina the manager walked by and let me in. We got his bleeding stopped, and started to leave. As she buzzed us out of the gate she rolled her eyes when I saw her. I approached the counter shaking mad, and said "The next time there is a medical issue just open the Goddamn gate." She responded with, "Don't push your luck!" I asked for the manager, and Jennifer said, "Oh, she coming!" And then she just kept talking. Shaina had to tell her to stop. Seriously, she just kept going. Shaina had to tell her to stop a few times. Shaina took the incident report, apologizing for the poor way the situation was handled and explained Jennifer is new and was probably overwhelmed because it was busy. I said she needs better training and to learn to prioritize safety. Jennifer kept looking over so, I finally said, "Stop looking over her, everything you should have paid attention to already happened." She said, "You need to stop pushing your luck, I won't be taking any cussing. Better watch it." Again, Shaina had to tell her to stop. We finally both said to just stop talking. If it were not for Shaina's quick thinking and conflict resolution I have no doubt this young woman would have escalated. I hope she gets the training she sorely needs in assessing emergencies and resolving rather than escalating conflict. Pettiness has no place in a children's playground, especially in a medical emergency. read more

Went here a few months ago with my niece and nephew. They were in complete AWE at how big the playground is and how many different things there are to crawl/climb/jump/slide on. They loved all the different slides and sections and didn't want to leave. The only downside of this place is the volume of kids and difficulty to see. Once the kids are in the playground itself, it can be difficult to know where they are since it's so large and intricate. The good news is that there are only two main exits of the playground you have to watch to make sure they haven't snuck by you. Be prepared to have a headache afterward, though, as there are loud music and screaming children everywhere in this enclosed space. read more

I was so hesitant to bring my 20 month old son here because of a bad experience at a different place with inflatables. I am SO glad that I took a chance and got to see how WONDERFUL Catch Air is! We just moved to the area a month ago, and I've been trying to find places to take him. Being that it's cold outside, it's not possible to go to the park, so I was hoping to find something indoor, but also very toddler friendly. I couldn't have picked anything better than Catch Air. We went at 10am (when they open) on a Wednesday and it was PERFECT. There were other kiddos there, but not too many that it was crowded. Everyone played well together and the place is HUGE so there's more than enough space for everyone. I HIGHLY suggest the multi-visit pass if you're going to go more than a few times. It was $31 with tax and we got the ten-visit punch card and our visit that day was free. So basically, we got 11 visits for $31.00. Had I not bought the card, it would have been $5.50 for him to get in for the day. Just with the card, I saved around $20! Definitely a good deal! We'll probably go once a week and the card will last us 10 weeks... can't beat that! AND... you can stay and play as long as you want, so you're not limited to just an hour or less for your fun. I loved that everything was clean, organized, and there were SO MANY fun things for my son. We will for sure be back and think you should give it a shot too!! read more

This place had gone downhill. We held our 8-year-old daughter's birthday party at the Catch Air in Johns Creek and it was just disappointing from the beginning. There was absolutely no parking for any of our guests. Every parent's complaint as they came into the building was that they had to circle the parking lot and surrounding businesses over and over again waiting for people to leave so that they could find somewhere to park. Some guests had to park across the road in other parking lots as it was just so overcrowded. This delayed everyone from being on time to the party and of course the inside was completely overcrowded as well. Since we had to wait at least an hour for a room, we had to stand at the entrance for the entire first hour to watch over the cake we didn't want to leave out in the car because of the heat as well as watch over the birthday gifts guests had brought in and placed on the cart. Since we were standing at the entrance for so long we saw the many other guests coming and going. One of the other parties that was going on at the same time as our party had guests that were wearing inappropriate clothing for a kid's facility with foul language across their shirts. One of the shirts stated: "I am a F****ing Ray of Sunshine" and another one stated "I am F****ing Awesome". There should be some sort of dress code in a children's facility such as Catch Air as to what is permitted and not permitted, and it should be enforced. Once we were finally given a party room about an hour in, we were in the room setting up when the employee asked us if that was our music playing on the intercom. It was not. It was an extremely vulgar and offensive rap song playing with statements such as "Mother F***ing N****" while my 8-year-old daughter and all her friends and friend's parents were already in the room and the employees did not know how to turn the music off. Apparently, someone from a previous party or employee had hooked their blue tooth up to the system and it kept coming back on and played several times before they were finally able to shut it off for good. Overall, my experience was that Catch Air was overcrowded, disorganized and certainly not an appropriate place for children. We spent a lot of money to have our party there only to be disappointed and embarrassed by what we had invited our guests to experience. read more

There are many pieces of equipment that do not function properly or need some serious fixing. 2. There are random wet spots on the floor - granted, it's just water - but with socks being required, wet socks are not fun! 3. Under-supervised. There were TONS of kids during the party. Not only were there back-to-back-to-back-to-back parties, it was a Saturday afternoon-evening. LOTS of kids running around on their own. I know it's supposed to be "parent supervised" but I think places like this should still have staff members walking around and enforcing the rules.
