I had a great experience here as someone who needed to use a laundromat due to my extremely large comforter that my apartment washer/dryer cannot handle. They have a range of sizes of washers and dryers, quarter machines, supplies if needed, folding tables - and the staff is very helpful. There is a small waiting area with a TV and chairs, but there is also a lot in the area if needed (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Everything was very clean! I'll absolutely be returning to this laundromat for my bedding. I will say that I came here late at night so it wasn't crowded, although I could see this place being busy at "peak" times due to the quality and price. read more

This is a terrible laundromat. One of the washers overflowed and when I alerted an employee, she said it was because I put plastic in it and overloaded the machine, but then look surprised when she saw that I just had a few small items in a double load washer. I used a Tide pod for detergent (this was the plastic she referred to). Incidentally, my other washers that had more items in them did not have an issue with the Tide Pods. Also, if this is an issue, there should be signs posted warning customers not to use them. Once the washers were complete, everything came out heavy and wet, and seemed to be barely spun dry. As if the spin option was not working in the 8 washers I used. Further, the dryers are nearly useless. I had to pay for at least an hour on each dryer that only had a handful of items in them, before they finally dried. Forget about using low or medium heat, your clothes and anything inside will still feel wet and cold. And high heat with make them feel warm and still take forever to dry your items. Overall, the employee was rude, the machines did not do a good job cleaning my clothes, some of which still looked dirty, and the dryers barely worked. This place also has televisions, none of which were turned on, a locked bathroom, dirty floors and tables, and out of order machines. This place is a waste of time and money. Four stars only because there was a lone piece of chiclet gum in one of the machines that I needed to dispose of before I could use it. This is a no nonsense get things done type of laundromat. Everything that you need to get in and out and get your laundry done front and center. Change machines, ATMs and lots of machines, ... you really don't need anything else. Tons of folding tables sprinkled throughout the establishment are an added bonus. I imagine that when this place is busy, the folding tables all get pretty busy but as of right now at 11 pm on Sunday night none of them are in use. The place is pretty clean and is located along Glebe road in close proximity to what looks to be an all night pupisiera and a McDonalds which is still open and doing pretty brisk business right now. Open 24 hours 7 days a week which means you can come out here just about any time night or day and get some laundry done. Wash cycles are all 23 minutes with the only adjustable feature being the temperature. I did two regular size loads for $3 a piece and a larger load with a comforter, set of sheets and pillowcases and bath towels for $4.50 in a larger machine. Capacities aren't noted on the fronts of the machines but there is an indication of the number laundry baskets the machines are able to accommodate. The dryers are large capacity and are recommended to hold 3 loads of laundry and cost 25 cents per 6 mins. All in all, not a bad choice if you're in a bind, and it's late night or early morning and you need to get some laundry done. This place also does drop off laundry by the pound but I elected to do my laundry myself. Not sure if the drop off service is also available 24-hours a day or if those are restricted to certain hours. read more

Newish machines, spartan but clean interior, and helpful staff make this place a good stop if you need coin laundry services. Great location at the intersection of 50 and Glebe, across the street from the McDonalds. The two downsides are minor. The biggest is that there is limited parking shared with a handful of other businesses. This makes parking challenging unless you come here at off peak times. The other thing I didn't like was I washed a down comforter and wanted to add an additional rinse to the wash. The machines are in good shape and clean, but they are very minimal in functionality. All you can regulate on the washers is the temperature. On the dryers, you can only regulate the drying temp. I also didn't like that you can't add time to a drying cycle. You have to wait until it's done to add more time. Otherwise, this place is pretty solid. read more

Fairly clean, open 24 hours a day, easy to use. A great option for those needing to do lots of laundry at once or one small load. The wash and fold is inexpensively priced, and it only takes a day or two to come back. It's not folded particularly well, and the laundry smells quite fragrantly (not my favorite, but okay), but it's definitely worth it in a pinch. The parking can be hard to get out in and out of during peak times, but otherwise, the laundromat's pretty easy to access and definitely easy to use. Only takes quarters for machine usage (wash and fold only takes cash), but there's an ATM (with a fee) and a coin machine onsite (no fee) that seem to always be working, so that's good. read more

Excellent and clean facility, open and airy. Lots of new machines with 50 large dryers (6 minutes per quarter and very hot, but the air movement could be better); and 10 small ($3), 20 medium ($4.50), and 10 large ($6) washers. ATM machine dispenses $10 bills. Parking is extremely hard to obtain because there are three restaurants, a pawn shop, and a market sharing the small lot so choose your day of the week and time of day carefully. We went early in the morning on a holiday weekend, and there were still parking spaces available. By the time we left at noon, there were two cars waiting for spots. Be careful to enter the lot on the side next to the gas station because of the one-way flow. There is a Mr. Wash car wash right next door so you could either eat or get your car washed, while you wait, I suppose. The attendants wiped the top of the washers, windows, and doors while we were there. Our two comforters and blanket dried quickly, but our towels didn't dry as quickly and weren't even warm when we extended the time in two of the dryers, even though the door glass was very hot. Overall, this laundromat was clean and pleasant. I would just check the dryers to be sure that the blowers work. read more
