The local park is next to a business complex, and near residential area, with amble street parking nearby. The park has been divided into small sessions for kids playground, dog park and other functional area.

This park is so clean and relatively quiet! I love the off leash dog park. Benson does too! I'm so happy I live near by and found this place.

Just checked out the new kids play area at GA. This place is AWESOME!!! EFFING AWESOME! We had driven by a couple times and noticed the new digs. I decided to take the baby here. The kids play area is fenced off so the dogs don't come in to poo. Lots of signs to indicate NO DOGS in the play area. There is so much stuff in here to keep the kiddies occupied. Swings, jungle gyms, rockers and a bunch of other stuff that I can't even describe. You'll just have to check it out yourself. Or see the pics. :) Oh, and the floors are rubber! Sweet jeebus! Lots of parents and nannies abound and the feeling is really safe. I was mildly concerned bringing baby here since she can't walk yet, but, no worries! Obviously there weren't any newborns, but, definitely some older babies and toddlers running around. If your kid is old enough to sit up on their own, bring 'em! This place is definitely my new go to spot when I take baby for a walk. Love it!

Probably one of the best parks in West Los Angeles. PLENTY of room here for kids to run. Enclosed by a chain link fence. There are swings for smaller kids, sand boxes slides bridges, you name it. Surrounded by a basketball court and dog park.

Best dog park in LA. Spacious and flat. VERY CLEAN. Separate sides for bigger and small dogs.

The park was fantastic, pristine and spacious with a top tier playground. Felix's parents claimed a prime seating area right outside the playground, where we could eat and socialize while keeping an eye on our various kids. The set-up felt very safe and easy. I admit to losing track of my five-year-old for long stretches at a time, and once finding him in a piece of playground equipment with a group of children he didn't know, giggling as two of their dads spun them around and around. My two-year-old spent a lot of time in the sand with several toddler friends, pouring sand into a play table and also all up in their clothes. We brought our elderly basset hound Duke in a mobility stroller, and he got lots of attention, too. It was a nice outing for our whole family. I also couldn't help but notice that the park was right next to the Santa Monica Airport and other airplane-themed entertainment. We live pretty far from Marine Park, but I have a feeling we'll be back.

When we arrived a reserved sign and permit number was displayed on three picnic tables for our group. We had a nice area with shady trees that covered the grassy areas near the picnic tables. The amenities are: - Baseball Diamond - Basketball Court - BBQ Grills - Picnic Tables - Soccer Field - Tennis Court - Parking Lot (no charge) - Pavilion (shaped like a castle pink & blue, I forgot to take a photo) The park facilities, equipment and restrooms were clean. There are a few parking lot spots at the end of the cul de sac where the park is located, but those spots seem to always be full and taken. The playground has two 2 sections. A gated section is for the littlest kids 2 yrs and under to play. The ungated section was definitely where my 3 and 5 yr olds wanted to spend their time. There's a small zip line, but the handles are so high up that a parent would need to lift even a tall 5 year old up so that they can grab the bar. Plenty of grass surrounds the playground. There are 6 picnic tables right next to the playground. Best to reserve those with the city if you're thinking to throw a birthday party there. The weekend we went, there were 3 birthday parties simultaneously. One party had the 6 tables reserved. The other 2 parties brought their own set up and set up on the grass around.
