The local park is next to a business complex, and near residential area, with amble street parking nearby. The park has been divided into small sessions for kids playground, dog park and other functional area.

This park is so clean and relatively quiet! I love the off leash dog park. Benson does too! I'm so happy I live near by and found this place.

Just checked out the new kids play area at GA. This place is AWESOME!!! EFFING AWESOME! We had driven by a couple times and noticed the new digs. I decided to take the baby here. The kids play area is fenced off so the dogs don't come in to poo. Lots of signs to indicate NO DOGS in the play area. There is so much stuff in here to keep the kiddies occupied. Swings, jungle gyms, rockers and a bunch of other stuff that I can't even describe. You'll just have to check it out yourself. Or see the pics. :) Oh, and the floors are rubber! Sweet jeebus! Lots of parents and nannies abound and the feeling is really safe. I was mildly concerned bringing baby here since she can't walk yet, but, no worries! Obviously there weren't any newborns, but, definitely some older babies and toddlers running around. If your kid is old enough to sit up on their own, bring 'em! This place is definitely my new go to spot when I take baby for a walk. Love it!

While I do like this park, I don't like that people who have large (and potentially aggressive German Shepard & Pit Bull) dogs don't keep them on a leash. There are no fences so all dogs, small and large play in the same space. When it's only medium to small dogs it's really great however, when the big ones are around be careful. If you have a small pooch, it just may end up getting chased and mauled by a person who claims "my dog likes little dogs..." Sure they do, they like 'em for dinner.

An improvement could be a gated off leash dog park split four large dogs and one for small dogs.

Best dog park in LA. Spacious and flat. VERY CLEAN. Separate sides for bigger and small dogs.

Nice park to hang out at. They have some tennis courts which are available most of the time and also two dog park areas.

Being surrounded by the marina makes it feel peaceful and scenic, yet it is still lively and welcoming. It is a perfect spot for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors. My dog absolutely loves coming here, and if you are lucky, you might even spot seals swimming or lounging nearby, which always feels like such a treat. There is plenty of space to picnic, relax, or just sit and take in the view. The park also hosts fun community events during the summer, and the holiday decor is especially gorgeous and festive. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping this park beautiful year round. Whether you live nearby or are visiting the area, Burton Chace Park is a must stop for enjoying the best of the marina.

Lots of walkability. Boats. Yachts. Best Trader Joe's you've ever seen. Right on the water with great staff. I have no idea if I was parked in a good, authorized spot. I wasn't there very long... but I loved it here. The air smells of smog and money. Big money.

The park was fantastic, pristine and spacious with a top tier playground. Felix's parents claimed a prime seating area right outside the playground, where we could eat and socialize while keeping an eye on our various kids. The set-up felt very safe and easy. I admit to losing track of my five-year-old for long stretches at a time, and once finding him in a piece of playground equipment with a group of children he didn't know, giggling as two of their dads spun them around and around. My two-year-old spent a lot of time in the sand with several toddler friends, pouring sand into a play table and also all up in their clothes. We brought our elderly basset hound Duke in a mobility stroller, and he got lots of attention, too. It was a nice outing for our whole family. I also couldn't help but notice that the park was right next to the Santa Monica Airport and other airplane-themed entertainment. We live pretty far from Marine Park, but I have a feeling we'll be back.

One of the best parks around in our comparative searching.
