Sooooo, I had a great experience with setting up my windshield replacement appointment; however…read morewhen I went to pick up my vehicle after hours, I noticed that Novus left my 'electrical cable' to my rear-view mirror exposed (it wasn't exposed prior to dropping off my vehicle). I noticed a strange noise as if something was trying to activate every 15 seconds or so. It turned out that my windshield wipers were the noise I heard. I left my car in the Novus lot and left a note about the issue I encountered. I asked them to contact me the next morning (5/25). Novus dropped my car at my house on 5/25 and I validated that my windshield wipers worked as expected. I didn't drive my car until 5/19 (Friday) and when I went to 'unlock' my rear passenger door I noticed that it didn't work. When I closed my driver door it seemed that the unlock/lock 'clicked' as expected. Novus has screwed up the electrical options on my SUV. All they were supposed to do was replace my main windshield but since doing so I have encountered electrical issues with other options in my vehicle! I hope that they can remedy my issues in a timely manner! Otherwise, I would steer clear of this business!!!

I always trusted Blaine's and never felt they were taking advantage of me. That's over 30 yrs! And I'm very picky about my mechanics! I'll still take my cars to Blaine's if I have a particularly complicated problem. It's just a little harder because I don't live in Ashland. If you can, take your cars to these guys!
