Today, he called me when he arrived at the garage (very punctual...he got there before I did!) and waited while I cleaned out the car. My daughter was hit by a person who ran a red light. The police called M&K (Harundale Towing) even…read morethough I have road side assistance. The vehicle was drivable just needed pulled off of the snow. When M&K (Harundale Towing) showed up and I asked them if they could tow it to my repair shop I was told that they would, for 350.00 cash no card only cash. I refused and M&K not only impounded my daughters car, they pulled it onto the bed of the tow truck while the car was still in park. I would have paid if they were not demanding cash. This company seems predatory to ask a 17 year old for 350. cash on the side of the road. I picked up the vehicle the next morning about 13 hours after they towed it an they had already stacked on a 60.00 storage fee.
