They have a larger area for bigger dogs, and a smaller area for the little guys, though since we're usually flying solo here, our little guy gets the big area to himself. If your doggie doesn't "work and play well with others," and/or you're a borderline hermit yourself, this is your "go to" dog park!!

My husband loved this place, and trusted them fully with our dogs and cats, and I'm following his lead and continuing to bring our furry friends here on a pretty regular basis. They offer "doggie daycare" for a VERY reasonable price, which was a HUGE help after my husband passed. Dogs get outside time, grooming/bathing is available if required, and you just get the feeling that the people here really love and enjoy working with your pet. Even the cats get time outside their cages, which is a bonus!! I also appreciate how they send you pictures/texts to let you see how your pet is doing while you're away. (I'll post some later....) Their pickup/drop off hours are pretty strict, but they do offer some limited weekend hrs., which is quite convenient. The owner's home is on site, which is also very reassuring. Why take down instructions and accept the treats if you aren't going to distribute them? Third visit my wife gave the lady at the counter instructions on how she wanted to pay for our pets stay. She took down the credit card number and when I showed up today nothing in the computer and I ended up paying a different way. Why have people go through processes and not follow through? I originally had a…read moreHUGE issue with the employees not staying well stocked on feeder mice/rats, both live and frozen. I was told by one of the employees that there is a certain customer that comes to Feeders to buy up ALL the mice in the store. This has become a serious issue especially during the months of June - August. There have been numerous incidents were they had neither live nor frozen rodents available, leaving my aunt's snake or any other animals that eat them, hungry. I didn't think it was fair for other pet owners that the employees catered to that customers demands for all the mice/rats in the store. They either needed to get another freezer to store more frozen rodents or put a purchasing limit on mice and rats. My original review that I gave them is one star, however I have seen improvements with them keeping the rodents well stocked and I would like to think the manager took my suggestion for a purchasing limit seriously. However the prices of the rodents have gone up, the teen African rats I saw were originally $6.99 each, that could've been a sale, but when I walked in earlier today I saw a sign stating that their teen African rats were 12.99 each. Even if the prior price I mentioned was a sale, $12.99 is steep for rats that aren't even fully grown yet!

A local family decided to beautify this plot of land and planted more sunflowers than you could possibly imagine. It's free, parking is free (do NOT park on US 68, they have safe, free parking right across from the field) and the sunflower field is majestic. You'll see people taking family photos, engagement photos, baby announcements--everything! Again, this is a free gift to the community, but they do take donations to help with the upkeep and management of the field so if you have a few bucks to throw into the donation jar, it's recommended. Be mindful and respectful of the property (don't pick the flowers!) and be aware there are lots of bees so if you're allergic or have young children with you, be prepared that you might get stung! All in all, this is a must-do, must-see destination that's worth the 60-minute drive from Columbus. I suggest making a day out of it and grabbing a bite to eat at a local Yellow Springs eatery while you're in town

As luck would have it I ended up in yellow springs over the weekend, only expected to be around wittenburg u. But my cousin insisted we travel to yellow springs, and we passed this large field of beautiful flowers! They humored me and we got to stop and walk around, and of course snap some pics! It's such a pretty area, you can park and just walk around a take in the sight of beautiful sunflowers worth a trip if you're in the area!
