They caused such mental and emotional energy; and now they are saying it takes two weeks to get this cleared up. However, when talking with Mrs. Francis and sharing honest, truthful feedback she raised her voice with me. When I asked her why she is raising her voice; she became defensive. This was the last straw; I will be moving my home and multiple car polices to a new agent. This office gives poor service with too many excuses:

On a recent call about hail damage, Michalene wanted to disparage the roofer, whether an estimate was provided, etc. The question to her was seeking the process of filing a claim and what the impact on the insurance premium would be. She couldn't provide an answer to the process other than do you want me to file a claim. When asked for an estimate I thought I was asking for the next of kin. Every phone call to this agency is met with laziness and a complete lack of customer service. I am very sorry I switched here. Other than Carol who was the agent selling the policy, everyone else has been rude and combative.

They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.
