He tells me that he has no information on the car at that point but he'll call me at 9:30 Monday morning. No call by 11am, and I get an email from the internet sales manager making sure I was taken care of. Call his cell and tell him what's up. He says he'll have Jesus call me. No call. Fast forward to Tuesday evening at 7pm. Jesus calls and asks if he missed a call from me. I told him no. He asked if I needed anything. I said no at that point as it was already dark and I really wanted him to look at a few things on the car. He then texts me to ask if I had filled out a credit app. I've been in sales for decades, and I've not seen a situation mismanaged this badly in a long time. I guess they're so busy that you can be an absolute liability as a salesperson and still make a living. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dearship refused a loaner or rental while they determined if it was under warranty even though I was supplied one 6 weeks earlier for same basic problem , I had just buried my mom the day prior transportation was needed .To say i was irrate is an understatement.
