What a terrible experience from beginning to end, and if you look at my yelp profile, I typically do not write that reviews. I would even give people the benefit of the doubt if I tried it one time and it didn't work out. Prior to driving to the facility to look at the car we had been discussing for a week, the salesperson was constantly in contact with us, and he couldn't wait to see us on Saturday, blah blah blah, and that turned out to be the complete opposite. We even communicated the night before And the day of to let them know that we were coming to essentially go ahead and purchase the car Saturday. Now mind you coming all the way from St. Louis Missouri is about an 8 Hour Dr. but the car was such a good deal and it was at a dealership which has questionable excellent reviews on Google that don't match the reviews on here However, we decided to give it a shot anyway. Upon arrival, the salesperson that promised that he'd be there wasn't even there and they gave us another person which he was great however, the experience was not. We were told that the car was sold and that they couldn't hold it without a deposit however when we offered to give a deposit to hold the vehicle, they said they weren't able to do that so it was very contradicting. To have someone drive that far and not offer them something even equivalent is crazy. So then they brought the Manager out who pretty much had no sympathy really and offered to try to get us a similar deal for a similar car and said he had quite a few cars that he could show. Well, the salesman I believe his name was Deonne brought around all the cars that the Manager suggested but he could tell that we were very angry. The audacity to bring these cars around that hadn't even been cleaned or inspected. They all had engine lights on. They were filthy on the inside just something wrong with each and every one of them. Now as a car dealership, why would you try to sell someone something That doesn't even look like it should be on the lot obviously they are in the back for a reason. And I just think the integrity of the worker was great, but the integrity of the Manager was just to get a car off the lot. read more

Scam artists, liars , crooks I went to buy a car I saw online when I arrived. The car was a total piece of junk so they tried to force another car on me. That looks fine and it was more than I wanted to pay, but they tried to tell me it was a good car and I was getting a good deal so I financed it. I get it delivered and the transmission is trash. I believe they knew this and didn't disclose I took it to a mechanic and he says it's not even fixable. The transmission is defective so I'm stuck with a car that I can't drive and I have to pay for. When I asked for a written offer on a 2025 Honda Accord, I was told documentation would only be provided after I put down a deposit. This is not how professional dealerships operate. To confirm this, I obtained written offers from six dealerships in three different states - all without requiring deposits. Patriot Honda stands out as the **only** dealership unwilling to provide basic documentation. When I pointed out this clear difference in practice, the sales representative chose to respond with sarcasm, hostility, and outright mockery. Instead of conducting business professionally, they accused me of "playing games" and belittled me for comparing offers between dealers. Patriot Honda clearly doesn't understand that someone comparing offers on a nearly $40,000 purchase is NOT a "game", it's being a responsible consumer. Any dealership that ridicules customers for seeking the best deal demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. **********BUYERS BEWARE************ I talked with 2 different sales associates and 2 different sales managers over the phone to confirm the price of the vehicle before I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle. I have proof in my text messages of the truck and price and confirmed with the sales manager Paul. When I arrived to the store, after driving 3 hours and calling to confirm the truck and price, Paul told me that they were talking about an entirely different vehicle. Received their mailer that was a scratcher and I typically do not do them but scratched them. It stated if your number matches the vault number you one of the 6 prizes listed. So my vault number matched one of the large cash prizes. I called to make sure it was not a scam and the lady said come in and collect the prize after I gave her my activation code. Since my codes matched, I thought I won the prize that was matching the code in the vault. I dreamed all day about the money could pay off my fiancé's medical bills and get necessary medical equipment he needs due to his stroke awhile back and then had a setback with seizures and declining health. Unfortunately my fiancé and I drove 150 round trip to find out this wasn't the case. We had to match the activation code to a board and then it dictated what we won. But this is a total scam. Bait and switch. We didn't win one of the 6 listed prizes that was stated. We had to pick an envelope off a wall that could hold up to 250.00 and not the 3250.00. Which 250.00 was the lowest of the 6 prizes. Again, we drove over 150 miles to get our prize of $5.00. If they do their promotions like this, I can imagine what they hide during a car deal. I found a car I wanted online and called Patriot about it. The salesman told me to come on in and I could drive off with the car. I got a ride from Tulsa, which was almost 3 hours away and once I arrived, I spoke with a couple of salesmen outside the building and they told me the car didn't even run.....then they scattered. I thought they were checking on the car, but no, they never came back. I went inside and they paged the saleman I spoke with that morning...,.he didn't come out of hiding. Everyone inside scattered....just like bugs. I went back outside, asked two other men about the car again and they too....like bugs, scattered. I was conned by these scam artists. I thought they would be different...being from a small town, but no....they are just as deceptive as any other car lot.....I'm sure Patriot's other locations are the same. When I decided to give up and leave....a man who acted like he was in charge (lead bug) came out and said "Could I help you?"....that was a change....none of the other 5 employees offered to help me. I told him I was there about the car....he told me that it was already taken and that it needed some keys made for it. Why wasn't I told that on the phone before I came in.....because that is the nature of the beast....lie to get you in the door. My suggestions is, don't do business with this deceptive, unfriendly, and unethical car lot. Ardmore should be ashamed to have this business in their community. BUYERS BE AWAREVERY POOR PRODUCT QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Drove in to test drive and purchase a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. $20k For starters, the driver side panel of the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander (covering fuses and other miscellaneous wires) was missing!! So, fuses and wires were readily exposed. It was as if no one gave a darn about it. Mind you, we gave a 2 hour notice before our arrival. I had to request more info about this and was told that Patriot Honda "purchased" the vehicle this way and was unaware of any wiring issues . Not a good way to sell a $20k vehicle.. Moving forward, Paul C (Internet Sales Manager) was not very friendly. I asked to speak with his supervisor but was told that he was it. I brought up the KBB value of the vehicle and I was told that banks do not use KBB. However, I presented with my own financing and my lender uses KBB. I never had this experience at a car lot before. The exposed wiring gave me great reservations about paying full price. It also made me question the quality of all the other vehicles in stock on the used car side. Paul did not attempt to negotiate much. He didn't seem to care for my business and let us walk out without a deal. I've never had a dealership give up on a deal so quickly. We were on our way to Texas to check their car inventory, but last minute we decided to stop by at Patriot Honda to see their inventory, and we ended up leaving with a car!!! Thanks to all the staff, all the way from the receptionist that gave us info over the phone, Jacob the sales man, Aaron with all the purchasing negotiations and Bruce at the finance department, but honestly pretty much all of the staff cause they work as a team. All of them made our purchase very smooth, easy, quick, and fair with our trade in and the purchase price of our new car, they definitely went way beyond our expectations!! I have to mention that out of a lot of dealerships in the OKC area, they are the Only ones with a good inventory. I recommend this dealership 100%.
