My husband and I love Glencoe equipment. They have always treated us with the utmost respect! They helped to fix a factory default in a mahindra tractor we had bought years earlier from Mississippi. Their mechanics are top notch...it took Dayne 5 mins to pinpoint the issue we had been dealing with for years that several mechanics at other places could not find. Todd and George and all of the Glencoe team are great folks. Our next tractor will be purchased at Glencoe. If you are experiencing a problem due to shortage of parts, that is not their fault they don't produce the parts...it is not just a mahindra issue we have been waiting for a top hose for my John deere tractor for 2 months it has been on order and that business can't even figure out where it is. read more

In July of 2021 our 2020 Mahindra Tractor's front tilt cylinder's were bent trying to pull our tractor out from behind our pond. Long story short we tried for months to get these cylinder's. Our dealer which we purchased the tractor from was Glencoe in Gonzales, Louisiana. We made many phone calls to them in trying to obtain these cylinder's, but received no help whatsoever. We even reached out to Mahindra to a Mr McKinsey and he was just as un helpful as our dealer. A dealer from out of state saw my post ( a review) on the Mahindra FB page and reached out to us and helped us to obtain some cylinder's that were not exact as rthe original ones, but that would work for now. I wrote a review on Glencoe's Facebook in regards to how unhelpful Glencoe had been in regards to our situation. Todd Yerby from Glencoe reached out to me on Private messenger and explained the whole situation must have been a complete misunderstanding and that he would have helped us had he known of our sitaution. Well he asked if I could write a positive review to dispute the bad review since he had reached out to me. I did just that, but when the temp cylinder's proved not to be as sturdy as the original one's my husband placed a call to him to see if we could get the original cylinder's my husbands phone call went unanswered, even after he called and left a message. Wow what customer service!!!!!!!! I would suggest that nobody purchase these Mahindra tractors especially since getting parts and obtaining quality service are the worst!!!!! We have since found out that we are not the only ones experiencing part shortages and bad service... So sad because the tractors seems to be quite the workhorse, but if u can't get parts for them and they sit for months and it does no one anygood... K Dobbins read more
