My credit union of 40 years has really gone down hill in the last few years. The customer service sucks--it's being run by a bunch of 20-somethings who lack social skills and aren't very interested in helping customers. Too often, no one answers the phone and customers are promted to leave messages, but calls aren't returned. I no longer live in the Glendale area, but have kept and used my accounts there, but I am seriously considering closing them and going with Schools First CU. read more

I really needed help with my account. There was a big change to the online portal and I couldn't get into my account at all.
