I wish I could give this company 0 stars!! am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my auto loan. Credit Concepts sold my loan to Premier Auto Credit without my consent or prior knowledge. Had I been informed, I would have paid off my loan directly through Credit Concepts. Since this transfer, my experience with Premier Auto Credit has been unacceptable. Their customer service is unprofessional and ineffective. Communication is nearly impossible representatives are difficult to understand, and emails go unanswered despite repeated attempts to obtain information about my loan. Instead, I receive harassing texts and emails with threatening language, which is completely inappropriate. When I request to speak with a supervisor, I am simply redirected to another representative who offers no resolution. Based on numerous reviews and my own experience, I'm not the only one who feels this way about them. Frankly, I would be embarrassed to work for a company that treats customers this way. Collecting payments is understandable, but there are professional and respectful ways to communicate. Harassment, condescension, and inappropriate behavior such as male representatives making personal comments are unacceptable. My loan had been paid off and I have my title yet they still call, email and harass me constantly asking for payment. Ice should investigate this building, and the company and send these Spick's back where they belong. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with Premier Auto Credit. This place should be considered a scam in fact all the phone calls that I've received from this company are marked as spam or scam. This company will not communicate with you, every single one of their calls are automated to reach you, they contact you through email and if you reply they will not respond to the email but they will receive it and text you. They will interrupt you when you call in regards to your account.. They called me entitled for asking them to come get the vehicle, discussing that I could not afford payments due to job loss. I paid over 7k on the car and only had a balance of 3500. They are bullies and verbally abusive. I will be seeking legal action against his company not only being neglectful on picking up their vehicle that I only had a small balance left on but because they said that they are going to take it out as long as they want even after saying that they were going to repossess the vehicle over 2 weeks ago to do so. I'm assuming in hopes to get a bigger pay out. He tried asking about my insurance coverage and if it's covered. Of course it is I'm not stupid. Which I think he was hoping for.... Based on the reviews I see that they do this to everyone. They work with janky dealerships. The don't call you back. The only time they have contacted me is to let me know that there are over $1000 in fees after I already paid off my car. They hold the title to get more money in fees that are no longer applicable. This company sends out text messages and emails first, that my insurance needs to be updated, no details about what needs to be uploaded, had to call in and find out I need a declaration to be uploaded, that was done in April. Last week i receive another text message and email, that I don't have sufficient insurance deductible, so I had to upload the same declaration that shows i have a $500 deductible not the $1000 required. (?) isn't $500 better then $1000?! i just received another text and email to upload updated insurance information. so how many times do I need to send the declaration? I recieve texts weekly about insurance deductible (which is what its supposed to be), calls about what job im at (never missed a payment in 3 1/2 years to this crap company) and various other ridiculous calls. I cant wait to refinance to another company, this company is just terrible. If you call their automated system, it starts to ramble off in other directions, and you won't be able to make a payment. I dont even know we're to begin with this company. They are the worlds most unpleasant, unprofessional financing company ever. They talk to you like you don't understand what they are saying. When clearly I understand but what are they going to do to help you in your hardship but just give you a harder time especially through this pandemic. Not one of there departments are on the same page with anything that includes payments, hardship, and customer service. I've called to talk to the supervisor multiple times and the response from customer service rep is that the manager is going to tell you the same thing I'm telling you. If that's the case than transfer me. All they do is bring more frustration out than actually trying to help you like a decent human being would. They do not take responsibility on their end with communication during the hardship process and put all the blame on the customer. I turned in everything needed for my hardship 5 days before my due date. And 27days later they want to call me to tell me my hardship was denied and my payment is now 27days past due. Unfortunately my niece has her car finance through PAC and I see nothing changed. She had reached out to them for a deferment and they told her they can't help because she didn't lose her job. She told them she had a financial setback because her car had gotten towed and she had to pay over $500 to get it out. She lives in the Bay Area and the cost of living is outrageous so any unexpected expense can really impact her whole month. Liliana Ruiz told her "well that's your fault for getting the car towed for not paying" ugh, judgmental much? Her car was towed because she forgot to put her parking pass on the mirror at her apartments when she parked. My niece is pregnant and exhausted and forgot. When she corrected Liliana her response was "well it's still your responsibility to put that parking pass up" what a bitch! These people are so rude still! Customers go to them for help to try to reach resolution and get help before they threaten with repossession, and they won't help! My wife and I bought a car over a year ago thru a small time dealer close to our residence. So I finally put everything together and I call them and they told me that they picked up my car contract so now we have to deal with them. And it came at the worst time. I lost my job. And was financially struggling. So I knew I was going to be late and I let them know my situation. And they told me that I would lose my car and they would repo it because I would be on the "first payment default" whatever the hell that means. I don't understand how it would be the first payment default if I've been paying my car for the last year already. So after I spoke to like 4 "supervisors" we finally worked it out and no more then a week later in already getting calls. Saying when are you making your payment... At this point I'm really aggravated. I tell them my situation AGAIN. And they said again that I would fall into a "second payment default" and non stop threats saying that their going to repo my car. They are the worst! They are very unprofessional (with the exception of 2 ppl). They charge u extra fees, and if u have an issue with them, they pay u back with, non returned phone calls, or hang up on u when u call. WORST AUTO LENDER COMPANY EVER. I had called them last month because after 2 years of making every damn payment on time, I needed just one month deferred. I was in a violent, toxic domestic violence situation and needed to use all my resources to find a new place to live. The guy I spoke to told me I'd be fine, that there would be a $10 late fee applied the next month, but it was ok to cancel that months payment. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company continues to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The way they handle business is fradulet and I'm on the process of suing them right now as I am writing this review. They allocate your over payments to fees so you won't get any credit for overpaying on your loan. They decide if and when to take your payments so they can repossess your vehicle illegally. I have a video of the receptionist refusing to take my payment at one point for no reason. They will harass you, your family, friends and anyone they can connect you with. I have a threatening voice mail from a so called customer service agent that called on my job and shared my personal information to my co-worker. They are not customer service oriented at all and since professionals is not part of their language or communication you'll end up dealing with managers like Ben. Who are quick to tell you how to manage your own money, super disrespectful. These people are the worst! My vehicle has been paid as of 2018 and they refuse to give me my car tittle, they have affected my credit and lied of course about the amount they say I owe. The list goes on and on.
