A few reason why I came away so happy with GCC 1) they were the lowest of the four estimates I received in the Glendale/Pasadena area and the process for getting the estimate was the easiest of all four places I went to 2) Armen (I think the owner) did a great job off managing expectations giving me an honest estimate of how long the work would take. So many places make promises they can't keep GCC doesn't do it that way. 3) The final body work looked amazing and you would never know the car had been in accident. Also the car was ready a day earlier than he estimated at the beginning 4) the cleaning job they did on the car inside and out was really the icing on the cake. driving off their lot the car looked as good as it did when I drove it out of the dealership over 10 years ago. He always kept in touch with me through the entire process! You know some shops are friendly, but as soon as they get your car, they forget about you..... Not Armen, nope, throughout the 2 weeks my car was there, there was NEVER a moment where I wondered how my car was doing, if I should call for an update. Armen was always keeping me in the loop, what was going on, double checking little details with me, texting me days in advance to let me know when my car was gonna be finished so I can plan accordingly. And if & when I had a question, he literally takes no more than a minute to respond to you! I am so blown away with his customer service. My experience at the Glendale Collision Center was by far the best, thanks to Adam. I was involved in a collision with another driver, and Adam was quick to inspect my vehicle to assess the damages. He quoted me a price, and I went to five other locations that offered to do the work for more money. I am not solely writing a review because they were reasonable in their price, there are two reasons why I am writing this review: 1. Adam was very professional and walked me through the estimate to explain what I was paying for (something most people neglect); 2. The final product was outstanding.
