Just returned form this facility where i got an upright MRI. The entire experience was very enjoyable. The staff was polite and helpful through my many phone calls and endless questions. As a long-suffering claustrophobic, it was a great relief to have access to this machine to get the MRI done and not have to deal with the anxiety that typically accompanies getting an MRI, at least for me. Now I can finally get to the task of diagnosis and physical therapy and a pain-free 2020! I recommend this facility and this machine if you suffer from claustrophobia. read more

Great customer service. The office validates parking and I was there a total of 20 minutes and was on with my day. The staff was very accommodating in getting results to my Dr as soon as possible they "rushed" in my request. read more

Never go here. Ever. I got a call from Juan Carlos the day before my appointment telling me things were all set and that I should come in the next day. I take work off, get all the way over thinking I'm getting an MRI and the lady at the desk just stares at me blankly. Why they would call and tell me to come in and then not have their crap together with the needed approval and paperwork is beyond me. Armen says, "Show us your phone log, we called you this morning." Um, no you didn't, Armen, and you know it. "Sorry we can't do anything for you now, it will take a couple days." Then they got huffy with me and tried to make it my fault. Classy. Finally Armen admitted he might have had the wrong number. Brilliant. Absolutely unprofessional, completely unacceptable. Run far far away...unless you can't run because you need an MRI on your ankle...then hobble off to a better imaging center. read more

Came here for an ultrasound. They wouldn't allow my husband in the room until the end, the screen was broken so I wasn't able to see my little and they didn't give me any photos. The bathroom was also dirty. No idea how this place even exists. read more

Call another place. Do Not Go here. I came here for a simple ultra sound and after 2 weeks my doctor still had not received any communications from this place. I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait 1 hour to be seen by someone. read more

I have been trying to get my results for 5 days, I called several times no one answers and if they do answer they say its not the correct office or they transfer you to a voice mail. Some one in there other glendale office said she fax the results because they automatically fax to the DR but it was not true. Getting a mammogram is scary enough when you think you might have breast cancer, you shouldn't have to deal with lazy people that can't do there job correctly and fax results. if you are stressing/fearing that you might have something wrong, do yourself a favor a go else where you don't need to deal with more stress trying to get your results. I had an appointment on November 7th at 9am however when I arrived they told me last minute that the appointment has changed to November 14th. Their staff is very unprofessional and instead of apologizing for this issue they just strictly said I don't have an appointment scheduled for the day. read more

Do yourself a favor and do NOT come here for any of your imaging needs. It took them 20 days to fax over my mothers report to her doctors office. Wtf? I work at a radiology clinic and i am well aware that it should not take longer than 3 business days to fax over someones results. After my mother continuously wondering about her ultrasound report, she finally decided to go in and they told her to have a seat until they find the report. They had LOST IT. The guy even had the audacity to tell my mom she never went it. A little while after, another lady came along and finally after an hour and 20 mins of waiting, she found the report. Do these people not have a secure system that has all patient reports... i do not understand. Go somewhere else. read more

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT TO THE MAX!!!!! I have a severe claustrophobia. I have a problem going into MRI facilities. Even with the traditional Open MRIs . Once a doctor told me to take 3 tablets of Valium to calm me down before I go into the open MRI and no luck. This facilities standing MRI unit is open to the front so you can watch TV, while the process is being done, so it makes you more feel at ease. I think that the standing MRI also helps take pictures of your knees under body load so it represents more of how the muscles are.. as opposed to laying down with traditional MRI machines. These on top of a very professional staff made my MRI procedure very easy. I don't need to be IV-sedated with anymore, to get MRI'S. I highly recommend this facility JC-SEÑOR CLAUS.. read more

My health insurance arranged an ultrasound here. From the moment that I called to make an appoint they were extremely nice and helpful. When I walked in I saw about 30 people waiting. I thought that it was going to take a couple of hours to be taking care of however there are lots of different sections and some people were called from right side others from the left. A nice lady called my name at the door and told me that I going to the other side section of the building she asked me some questions and apparently I wasn't completely ready to be examine. She told me that she would call me back in a little while and she assured me that she wouldn't forget about me. During the examination she was very concerned with me being comfortable. read more

honestly what kind of a facility is this? medical records is never in his office - probably outside smoking all day. even for urgent situations no one in the front ever wants to help. my doctors office called for my records and they said that they didn't have anything for me. so i had to go there myself and give it to my doctor. come on get your s**t together. read more

Overall service to get X-Rays was good, but staff is a bit thick-headed when requesting certain things, like actually getting a copy of the X-Rays. I requested electronic copies of the X-Rays to my doctor and to me, and we got an email with a generic, written report, but without the actual X-Ray images. Then I had to call and ask again - they're not able to email the electronic images, and made me wait 10 days to get a CD in the mail. I live in Los Angeles, it's 2017 and I paid for the services. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Definitely not getting my MRI done here - will go elsewhere. read more

I went here today for the first time for my baseline mammogram. It's always a crapshoot with my insurance company's provider search from a customer service perspective. The office staff were prompt with my appointment and the technician was both efficient and considerate with the awkward procedure. A woman tried to sneak her son in without an appointment (1.5 hours before closing time on a Friday) and the receptionist was professional even after she lied about his finger surgery date. The waiting room was full of people with appointment so I was happy to see her turned away. The technician, an older Armenian woman, caught me off guard when she commented that I had done a much better job with my tattoo placement than her teen aged son. The best thing about this facility is that because my insurance company didn't require a referral they will mail/fax the radiologist's report directly to me instead of going through a physician. I definitely will be back when the time rolls around for my next one. read more

Awful service coupled with incompetent supervisors and lack of support staff. After running around to get my elderly parent to location they have audacity to advise that they do not have complete paperwork from insurance company. Not only that they lie about making contact especially disheartening. Awful avoid at all accounts - supervision does even make time to speak to it's customers. I went in for a thyroid biopsy. I had gotten them done before with fine needle aspiration (as the neck is a delicate area) at my doctor back in Miami. It was nothing and painless. At Glendale Diagnostic the nurse was curt and mean, and the doctor didn't know what he was doing. The doctor used a biopsy gun, butchered my neck- I was in pain for over 3 weeks. At the end of it all the result came back inconclusive because he "didn't get any thyroid tissue." When I googled the doctor it turns out he had recently been on probation for malpractice for not being able to read a sonogram- thyroid biopsies are guided using sonograms. I reported to the medical board and hope he is no longer allowed to "treat" patients. I still have a scar on my neck. Oh and they told me I'd get my result in a week and it took over 2. When I called for my results after a week and explained that the doctor said that is when it would be ready the nurse responded with "I don't know why he said that. It's not ready." and hung up. I this never happens to anyone else. read more

Needed some x-rays done and the doc sent me here. You first check in on the first floor of the building and fill out some quick paperwork, then go upstairs for the actual hoopla. Office staff seemed friendly and prompt, the wait was minimal. The technician was a nice guy, but there was some trouble with the machine that delayed the process by ten ish minutes. Regardless, the service was quick, there was literally no wait (aside from technical difficulties), the waiting room has a tv for entertaining the bored, etc. A little better than A-OK, 3.5 stars. read more

I walked in on Tuesday at 9 am to get Xrays done without an appointment, I was done in less than an hour. the office was clean and well put together, the girls in the front were friendly, prompt, and helpful. The technician was quick and professional. I know from previous experience that xray results often take 2-3 business days, I simply told Gabby in the front that I needed the results as soon as possible, she was great and without a question had the results faxed over to me an hour and half later. Definitely appreciated the great customer service, will return for future needs. read more

Oh my God this place is highly recommended . They are so patient with you so nice calming. Gabi in front desk sweetest girl , helpful , professional and trying her best I mean beyond best to help and make you feel good. And Angela tech for mammogram the best she did a good job with so much help and less pain. I highly recommend this place . People trust me I am the pickiest you can ever find and I love this place and staff is amazing. I wanted to add to my review that Susanna ultrasound tech was also very nice and helpful . This place is heaven sent! My boyfriend suffered excruciating back pain and after the xrays showed compression fractures, we needed to have MRI done right away. I went online, saw this place, called them, and was scheduled the following day. Everything just went smoothly, and everyone was very professional from the receptionists to the tecnicians. My special thanks to ARMEN, the MRI guy who was very good and understands that a patient with a lot of pain need not be rushed and handled with care. He explained the procedure and what to expect and what to do if there is any problem. He was really very helpful. Got the CD right after the procedure and the result was received by our doctor the next day (although they said 3 days). We will surely recommend this place. Btw we paid $400 for the lumbar MRI, much cheaper than the co-pay the insurance (Cigna) is asking for. More power to you guys! read more
