When I called to schedule my appointment approximately one week in advance, I specifically asked where I needed to go. I was only told to go to the "west side" or "west building" of the hospital. I also asked for the room number, but one was not provided. I was not given a department name, floor, direct phone number, or any other location details. I also did not receive any appointment confirmation by email, text message, or phone call with instructions for my visit. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and went to the front desk. I showed them the information I had been given, and they directed me to the outpatient department. After going there, I was told I was in the wrong building. I then called the hospital operator for assistance. I explained that I was trying to find my GI imaging appointment and that I had only been told to go to the west side of the hospital. Instead of helping me locate the correct department, I was told to ask registration, and hung up on me before my issue was resolved. When I finally reached the appropriate department, I was asked for my referral paperwork. I had never been told that I needed to bring it, and because I never received any appointment confirmation or instructions, I had no way of knowing it was required. I was also informed that the ultrasound department's system was down. However, my appointment had been scheduled about a week in advance. Since I did not receive any confirmation or instructions before my appointment, I believe patients should be provided with the necessary information before the day of their visit, even if technical issues arise. I rarely visit this hospital, so I was relying on the directions and instructions provided to me. I made every reasonable effort to find the correct location by asking for directions when scheduling, arriving on time, asking the front desk for help, and calling the hospital operator. Despite those efforts, I was unable to reach the correct department, and my appointment was ultimately canceled.

The general practitioners I've had over the years have been caring & excellent. We had Dr. Saisho, Dr. Kaji and now Dr. Nikolay. All have been very sweet and patient with my elderly mom. This little office site has no emergency nor urgent care services but they do have a full service pharmacy, laboratory for blood/urine analysis and a mammogram (radiology) department. They also have a Nurse Clinic for vaccines, including flu shots and Covid. I've had a tetanus booster administered here. Parking isn't free but it is mostly covered (except the rooftop) and you can get a validation by the check in area that helps offset the cost. There are very clean restrooms on all three floors. As for checking in, you can check in a day ahead, they usually text message you or you can check in at the self service kiosk - but, warning, sometimes it won't print a receipt. I'd advise you to get here 5-10 minutes before your appointment because sometimes the check in line is congested. Thank you Kaiser staff, for taking care of us. You are appreciated!

In fact, they informed us that they are independently reporting the incident and strongly urged us to do the same. All hospital staff members expressed their disbelief at the severity of the abuse, attributing it to the prolonged period of leaving him in his own feces without changing the diaper.

Nara seems to believe that reaching out to one's doctor during an active infection is entitled or self absorbed as she's told me "we have plenty of other patients!" (I realize I'm not the only patient. What a bizarre scolding) Nara has also told me during said active infection that the earliest I could receive care was 3 weeks out. She doubled down with an exasperated tone when I explained that I urgently needed medical advice. Again, this is my doctor's office. Why Nara thinks she needs to gatekeep medical care from patients at their doctor's office is truly mindboggling and amplifies the stress and pain of having a medical condition that needs treatment. This organization needs to make a change.

If I would not sign, they would not give me the medication. I have never seen a medical provider require such a broad release. For unrelated reasons, I could not have my medication that day, so I used the delay to find another Infusion center. Beware, any medical facility that refuses to be responsible for its own misconduct should be avoided.

My wife was having a miscarriage and that by itself is one of the most stressful experiences to go through; let alone the fact that with all the Covid-19 outbreak going on, we felt very unsafe to admit to any ER although she was in critical condition; we did go to another hospital the day before but there was obviously a huge waiting time which is due to the fact that all "patients" are admitted in the same place. However, with Adventist Health Glendale, it was different, there was a separate building for maternity patients which made admission very easy to begin with. Unfortunately my wife did end up having miscarriage due to complications; but me writing such a positive review after such a hard experience shows what kind of a hospital this is. The best nurses and doctors to ever exist on this planet. We are forever grateful for the professionalism and the tremendous support; everyone was extremely caring, nice and understanding. Hopefully when my wife gets pregnant again, this will definitely be our only place to go to. Forever grateful. I hope you guys read this... Love, Abed and Sara!

Made me wait in waiting room during prep told me procedure whll be 30 min my family member was gone 5 hrs and I received zero updates. When I tried inquiring as to what was happening they did not give me any details. I ended up waiting 6+ hrs for a 30 min procesure w no updates. I had to hunt people down for answers and to see my family. The WORST!!!
