My Grandchildren have experience to many unknown injuries that's was not reported to me. Due to my Grandson injuries they would not allowed him to speak his truth, inregards to what caused the cut to his face. All his incidents, and injury are preventable, this type behaviors is not acceptable. Management, along with assistant manger and their staff's ot following kindercare guidelines, and needs to be held accountable for their actions. Staffs shortage, has been an on going inconvenience for me. My children, was not able to depend on kindercare services due to the lack of staff and support while in their care.

The staff are amazing and the director Wendy and assistant Keyanna are absolutely amazing!!! This center has great communication and make sure that their first priority is putting your child first and making sure you are comfortable and have all the information you need. The moment I sat down with Wendy and told her what I was looking for as far as childcare services for my daughter, I knew this was the right location and she gave me all the answers I needed and more. Trust me, you can't go wrong with North KinderCare learning center. The staff are highly trained and really do have the best interest for the kids and their families.

We absolutely love Cadence Academy! Our son started pre-school in winter 2020 and has loved every…read moreminute. The teachers and staff are extremely kind, welcoming and supportive. The Director along with the teachers, go above and beyond for all of the children. The love and dedication they demonstrate definitely does not go unnoticed. The design and structure of the space is filled with fun touches, from the little village in the hallway, to the movie theater and the adorable little kitchen area. Everything is always extremely clean and well managed. The Kidsreports app is very comforting. We receive daily updates which include photos, activities and a meal/snack log. This application also allows us to communicate with the teachers and director. Cadence Academy has not only provided a great space for my son to learn and develop new friendships, but has also become such an important addition to our family. We truly love all of the staff, but wanted to personally thank Ms. Jamie, Ms. Kristen, Ms Leonora and Ms. Julie for always taking such good care of our son...you guys hold such a special place in our hearts. The curriculum is impressive but the most important thing for our 8 month old is that the staff is nurturing. They give him so much love and it is clear he loves being there! The 'Ladybug Room' teachers are delightful and he lights up when he sees them. Dawn and Kristen are hands on and you can feel the love when you walk in the door. It stinks that I can't be with my son all day, every day, but I never question his safety and security when he is in KA's care. Highly recomend KA of OBT!

Every time we drive by, they excitedly wave out the window and yell, "Hi, Diana!" That alone speaks volumes about the love and care they've received. From day one, Diana made me feel completely at ease. Before her, I had never sent my children outside our home for daycare, so this was a huge leap of faith for our family. After meeting her and seeing her interact with my boys during a trial playdate, I knew they were in wonderful hands. I have never once felt nervous leaving them with her. Diana goes above and beyond in every way. She is an excellent communicator, keeps a daily journal of the children's activities for parents to read, and regularly sends home printed photos that have become treasured keepsakes for our family. She is consistently upbeat, patient, and brings so much positivity into her home each day. What makes Diana truly exceptional is that she doesn't simply supervise children - she genuinely engages with them. She thoughtfully plans activities, encourages learning through play, and creates an environment where the children build meaningful friendships and a true sense of community. My boys absolutely flourished in her care. I also deeply appreciate how responsible and attentive she is. During bad weather or power outages, she always reached out to check in with parents and keep us informed about how the children were doing. That level of care and professionalism meant so much to us. Our family's needs have changed now that our boys are starting school, but choosing to leave Diana has been bittersweet. Director Amanda is excellent and responsive. My son was in the Pre-K room there and my daughter in the 2s and then Preschool Rooms. Megan is/was the Pre-K teacher and I adored her. She was open and up front with the parents. Which is always appreciated. Paulina was my daughter's teacher for the majority of the time she was there and I miss her. She was sunshine. A couple of things I didn't care for: When we'd pick up the kids (at 4:15) my daughter's preschool class was often mixed in with the Pre-K class. And the same when we'd drop them off in the morning. At those times, I kind of felt like they were never doing anything....always running around playing but not doing anything organized. And by running around playing I mean that it came across as complete chaos sometimes. In the end the school did not offer Kindergarten so that is why we pulled my kids out. The school is pretty new, considering the ages of many of the places around here...so I think in time and when there are more kids there, that the kink I mentioned above may work themselves out.

First, they have two accreditations for their teaching curriculum and testing. Awesome. Secondly, they have an awesome open area motor skill area inside! It is great to know even during winters they have the room to tumble and play. Third, they have a huge kitchen with a cook who makes everything there the day of. They have a ton of field trips and exciting activities. In fact, I am trying to take off a morning of work to be a chaperone for their "Rainforest Cafe" field trip. My an loves this place and the security is awesome. No one can enter unless you ring in on the video phone. Sweet and safe. The only reason I am giving it one less than 5 stars is because uveal ready noticed there may be issues with challenging students who are a little ahead. This is important to see where the needs are. I understand they keep costs lower by only doing toddlers to kindergarten but the fewer teachers still need to see where certain students may need more. For the price, it is by far fantastic and I highly recommend it.
