The water tastes much better than anything I've found in a bottle or tap here in AZ and the prices are the best I've seen. I wasted so much money on a delivery service prior. I returned today cause I've had two of my jugs needing to be filled. My jugs are always dusty cause they hang out in my carport. The staff took the jugs and cleaned em up. They did the filling for me. They were more than willing to help me out. I walked one jug out while they were still filling the other and they met me with the jug at the door. Love this place. Always clean. Always organized. All 3 gentlemen I've seen there are super helpful, and friendly. They clean your bottles out before filling. Other both distilled and aqua line water and share with you the process and details if you ask. You can see their huge stainless steel system through the glass. They offer bottles of various sizes and materials with many different set ups for your bottles. They use a point system, you purchase points on a gift card and that is how you pay, very cost effective prices- you can also leave your card with them so different members in your family can run out for water and not worry about who or where the card is. Love coming here. I like that they are the ones filling the bottles for everyone. They only allow a couple people in the store at a time. I don't mind waiting outside because they are attentive and give fast/friendly customer service. The pre-pay card system works well for me, I like that you get a better deal if you load your card with more $. Plus, my favorite boba place is right next door FTW! read more

I popped into Arrowhead Water and Ice the other evening (Monday) for the first time. There aren't many stores like this anymore and the water I get from the machines around town sometimes have little "floaters." So I go out of my way to go to an actual store. There was a kind young man working and he immediately took my bottles and filled them for me. He then put them on a cart, rang up the order and loaded them into my car. It's been a long time since anyone offered to load them into the car. And it was even almost closing time. It's a joy to have people provide such good customer service. I know this sounds a bit odd, but the customer service that Alfred has consistently demonstrated from this tiny water store is the best I've ever had in my life from ANY business. Over the top genuineness, polite, professional, respectful, thoughtful...I'm going to run out of adjectives here! The Alkaline water is super affordable with a perfect PH, cheap (super big) snow cones for the kids, they wash out your containers, help deliver water to vehicle...I mean c'mon...exceptional! There wasn't even a pitch that I could call a soft sell, just really a mention of the expensive, special, magic water, then he offered a brochure and just let it be. My bill was cheaper than I thought but I only had a debit card, no cash. Instead of suffering the transaction charges from visa for such a small bill, he insisted I just take the ice bags and "get him back next time". This place is excellent. Before today I was filling up water at Vern's Water Well but found that coming here would be much more convenient. It was a 180 degree experience! The guy working inside took my bottles, rinsed them, and quickly filled them up. He then carried them out to my car which was something that I used to have to do myself. The store is very clean and its proximity to Fry's makes it easy to get your water and groceries in one trip. I was also able to get a prepaid card which will make my future visits even easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

I've always bought the water you get at the big box stores but i ran across this gem in town. They have something special going on that makes the water taste better than anything I've ever tasted. It doesn't stop there the staff is so nice they took the time to explain the filtration system that gives them such pure clean drinking water. They helped my kids pick out amazing flavors from their shaved ice collection, and to top it all off they help load the water into your car. We go there so often that they know our kids by name. I would recommend giving up that big box store water and giving these guys a try. read more

What a find! Promised my son a snow cone before realizing how hard they are to find in the middle of the desert. Was thrilled to see that not only did they have a wide selection of flavors, they were so reasonably priced. The small was $1.50 and it was more than any of us could eat. And, despite one anomalous comment here, the store WAS clean and tidy. The man working was incredibly attentive and kind. In a day when most younger employees would be content playing on their cellphones while ignoring a woman lugging around 5 gallon water bottles, we saw this young man on duty walking most of the customers' bottles out to their waiting trunks. For years our family has had water delivered for, what I now know is, an exorbitant price. This location offers a bargain of 55 gallons for $15!! Calling Sparkletts to cancel our service tomorrow!
