This office went above and beyond explaining to my father his options for his hearing loss, insurance coverage, etc. After his hearing aids arrived they were patient in explaining how to maintain them, connect them to his phone and reviewed all the features available. I highly recommend Dr Ivory Glendoria Hearing Aids & Audiology. Lost my hearing due to an accident and was desperate for hearing aids. I purchased my hearing aids from a local Audiology clinic, run by a hearing technician. The hearing aids were great but the Technician's after care was terrible, borderline elder abuse. I tried contacting other local Audiology Clinics for after care but they refused to see me because I did not purchase my hearing aids from their clinic. I discovered Dr Ivory at Glendoria Hearing Aid & Audiology through Online Dr Cliff Vlog and so happy I did. Although I have to drive two hours to his office, it is worth the trip. Came in here for a routine hearing test, Dr. Ivory was quick, professional and had me in and out compared to most ENTs. He was patient answered all my questions and pricing was fair. His sound proof room was better then the last place I was tested, and provided a comprehensive report for me to take home. Most likely will be returning for custom ear plugs in the future. read more

I'm not the type to write a negative review but I thought I should let people know about my experience here. First off, one of my hearing aid had a whistling sound so I took it here as this is my provider where I bought my hearing aids. The audiologist charged $1,000 to repair my old hearing aid. I then had to get my other hearing aid repaired because the shell casing broke into pieces. This where I was taken advantage of. He said it would cost another $1,000 just to repair the casing which could take up to 1 week. I didn't care about the cost cause I needed to able to hear. Hours later I was told that it would take 4 weeks now because they would have to send it to another lab. I was very unhappy, disappointed and felt taken advantage of, and not to mention this provider does not provide loaners! This was poor and unacceptable customers service at best. Who would let anyone go without hearing! This provider had no intention of helping me in time of need, rather chose his greed to over charge me for a routine service. Thank God I didn't end up going with them. I found another provider and she went above and beyond to help me! She even gave me hearing test, adjustment, and tuning for free. And what a surprise she had the casing fixed in one day at a fraction of the cost! This provider never did any service for me. Also, I want to note that, their pricing for new hearing aids/technology is way over priced! My new provider offers exceptional service and variety of hearing aids that are reasonably priced. I'm planning on getting new set of IIC hearing aids because of her exceptional care and service. My advise, find an honest and caring audiologist. read more

I recently purchased a pair of custom in-ear monitors from 64 Audio and this was one of the recommended audiologists to get my impressions done, and now I know why. Dr. Ivory was incredibly nice, and even did my impressions more than once to ensure that they would be approved by 64 Audio. 10/10 will come here again if I need anything done by an audiologist. read more

After the hearing test, we debated on hearing aids, but eventually decided to hold off. Dr. Ivory not only understood our financial situation, he even gave us our exam papers for free.
