But I can at least guarantee that the mall is always lively and there's plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants around and across the street too. What I like best about this mall is their effort to foster community here, such as the Dia de los Muertos display or when I happened to walk pass a Bluey Xmas dance party and you can take pictures with Santa AND Bluey. Super cute. One time years and years ago, they had a scavenger hunt for Christmas where you search around the mall to take photos with your phone for an ornament. I really liked that I did that and got to spend time with my family. I've seen so many shops come and go here and pieces of my childhood through adolescence such as the Disney Store (I remember spending time here looking through that giant plushie pile), the merry go round, Surf City Squeeze (always thought their mascot looked cool, now replaced with a Pop Mart vending machine), Nothing But Silver (went here lots with my mom and aunts), Sanrio Surprise, Amapola Deli and Market (crazy they tried to open a market in here), the hermit crab vendor, McDonald's that my mom would always get my brother and I and the vendors that would try to sell stickers at our table, the dollar store on the upper floor above Baskin Robbins, the used bookstore and so much more. Huge chunk of nostalgic memories for me, but today it's decent mall with most things that you would need. Some shops I go to often to get gifts or pick up something for myself, See's (thanks for closing PH location), Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Miniso, etc. At least the Tilt arcade here is still open. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're already here, might as well enjoy malls before more of them perish.

All these years visiting this popular spot I thought this whole shopping center was called The…read morecurve. Nope, I was wrong. It's called Eastland Center. The curve is actually a separate area located at the doorstep of Eastland center. Four eateries in an actual curve configuration starting with Islands restaurant, Chipotle, Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Jollibee. From the main entrance on N Barranca St intersection make a right, right, right and you're there. Plenty of parking with some tree shaded spots. Jollibee has a convenient drive thru or designated pick up parking spaces for online orders. Among a concentrated shopping center this curve is an oasis for some reasonably priced refreshment and nourishment.

I ended up getting some yummy ice cream. This review isn't about Afters Ice Cream, but Afters Ice Cream is the reason why I was here at Citrus Crossing. I actually have been at this shopping center before when I did take-out at Urbane Cafe a while back. Anyway, Citrus Crossing is a huge shopping center with big and small businesses (shown below) located in the City of Azusa. It's in very close vicinity to Azusa Pacific University... literally diagonally across the street. Tons of free parking. It's anchored by a grocery store, a movie theater, and good restaurants. I am curious about a few of the biz. I may return to check them out. Unprofessional and hostile experience at entrance - July 25, 2026…read moreOn July 25, 2026 at approximately 3:34 PM, I visited The Outlet By E.L.S. for the first time with my kids. At the entrance, the security guard shouted at me in a loud, commanding voice asking, "What's in your bag?" I was carrying a regular-sized white tote bag with only my wallet and phone inside. I was startled and did not understand what I had done wrong upon entering, so I offered to leave the bag in my car. The guard then told me I could carry it in, but would have to show it again before leaving the store. His tone was hostile and created an embarrassing situation, as other customers in the store turned to look at us. I felt singled out and profiled as a potential shoplifter, possibly because I was wearing a hat. I was dressed casually in gray pants, a white shirt, and sneakers, which I felt was appropriate for shopping at a discount store. I regularly shop at large retailers like Costco and Sam's Club and have never been questioned about my bag upon entry. When my daughter and her friend spoke to him about the way we were treated, he responded that he was just doing his job and that is just how he is. He said he was sorry I was offended, but reiterated that he was just doing his job. I later spoke with a staff member who did apologize for what happened. I understand and respect the need for security, but there is a professional way to do it without making customers feel accused or unwelcome. A retail business should welcome customers while ensuring safety, not create a hostile shopping environment at the door. I am sharing this feedback so management is aware of how customers are being treated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I've been a long time visitor of this place since 1996 when I first started working in San Dimas. Nowadays, I drop by for dining at Show Sushi, Royal Panda Express and shopping at Smart & Final, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Harbor Freight, and other services such as UPS Store and Wells Fargo. There used to be a Ralphs and Rite Aid, but now their space has been occupied by Smart & Final and Burlington, respectively. Welcome newbies! SDP is conveniently located off of the 57 Fwy at Arrow Hwy exit. Parking is plenty. There are actually quite a bit more restaurants and shops in this plaza... IHOP, Burger King, Chase Bank, Sunshine Smile Dental, Tailor, Cakes Unlimited, Cold Stone Creamery, Fashion Q, Sally Beauty Supply, Pho & Grill, Dollar Tree, The Smoke Shop, The Flame Broiler, Subway. I just realized there are so much offered. I barely touched the surface. If you're in the San Dimas and/or Glendora area and have a few hours to spare, come on by and check out SDP for great dining and shopping.
