From admission to discharge, everyone that crossed my path was friendly, professional and gentle! Special commendation belong to: -RN ANYA PEREZ, who was incredibly gentle in inserting my IV into my hand. If the old saying about how you can tell how good a nurse is by the type of shot she/he administers is true, then Ms. Perez is top shelf!!! I even appreciated how she used alcohol prep pads to carefully pre-moisten tbe edges of the super-adhesive EKG stickers which were affixed all over my arm and chest- In a lifetime of time spent in hospitals Anya was the very first nurse who took the time + effort to "soften the sting" of removing those bandages. (Those who are blessed with similarly hairy arms/chests, like me, well understand full well what I'm taking about!) -Finally, special thanks to my treating ER physician, Dr. Andrew Nguyen. The good doc was THE PICTURE of professional and calm, exuding the epitome of excellent bedside manner as he took command of ky case, ordered a battery of tests and reassured me that my heart is just fine. All this despite a midday blitz of activity that had this small, community based ER operating at full throttle. SDCH continues to be a boon to its community and we residents of San Dimas, Glendora and Diamond Bar treasure it.

This was, without question, the worst hospital I have ever been to. My visit was marked by…read moreconcerning clinical negligence and a lack of even basic diagnostic accuracy. I am a patient with a solitary kidney, a history of septic shock secondary to a kidney infection, and positive antiphospholipid antibodies (Antiphospholipid Syndrome). Despite presenting with a significant 40% decline in my GFR (from 120 to 72.5), the presence of bacteria and blood in my urine, and an abnormal EKG demonstrating tachycardia (120 BPM), my symptoms were dismissed as "anxiety." Most alarming was the physician's misinterpretation of my laboratory results. I was wrongly accused of methamphetamine use, even though the report clearly stated "Methamphetamine: Negative." My test was positive for amphetamines due to my legally prescribed Adderall, which I explicitly disclosed and provided documentation for. Despite this, the physician continued to justify his incorrect assumption rather than acknowledge the error. I had also informed the CNA of all medications I was taking prior to providing a urine sample, making this oversight particularly inexcusable. In addition to the clinical concerns, the overall professionalism and bedside manner of the staff were deeply lacking. I was previously warned by an urgent care provider to avoid this facility, and I regret not taking that advice. The ultrasound technician was the only individual who demonstrated sound judgment and professionalism. I am still experiencing tachycardia, dizziness, pain, and chest pressure. Rather than conducting a thorough evaluation, the physician allowed personal bias and ego to interfere with appropriate patient care. Given the seriousness of these concerns and the potential risk to patient safety, I will be filing a formal grievance to ensure this incident is properly reviewed and addressed.

He told me to buy new shoes. He wanted to schedule a follow up appt which I quickly declined. He doesn't listen to what you're telling him. Had to repeat myself several times September 2024 I visited Dr Oghoorian at pacific foot and ankle. He diagnosed my issue as being a neuroma inside three minutes without the use old fancy equipment. I am now receiving treatment and am on the road to being pain free. I feel ripped off going to Dr Goldblatt. He doesn't have a clue about very common conditions. I question his competency. Literally just a money collector taking advantage of poor families putting their trust that their loved one is properly getting treated. Not to mention how RUDE he was when I had called to get more information on my grandmothers nail fungus. So insensitive and commented "would you like me to prescribe a medication that would kill your grandma?" Uncalled for !!!!!!!
