First, the exam room was poorly lit and there were visible hairs on the floor. The MA asked questions that I already answered beforehand. When the MA left, as I waited for the MD, she left the door to the hallway open where others could see in. The worst part was the MD. He stood about 4 feet from me, and immediately diagnosed me without examining my skin. I filed a complaint with the insurance company because no one should pay to see a specialist who does not actually provide a proper examination. We are very disappointed with the service we received during our first visit to Foothill Dermatology on July 21, 2026. We scheduled an appointment for the removal of milia from my wife's face, particularly around her eyelids and nose. We paid the $130 consultation fee and were then informed that the procedure would cost an additional $100 for the removal of up to 10 milia. We agreed to this and expected that the procedure would be completed as described. However, after approximately 15 minutes, the physician assistant had removed only four milia before ending the appointment. We were told that he could only spend 15 minutes with each patient because he needed to see others, and that we would need to return in three weeks for another session. This was frustrating and disappointing. Based on what was explained to us, we expected that up to 10 milia would be removed during the visit, not that the appointment would end after removing only four because of a time limit that was never disclosed beforehand. The experience left us feeling that patient care was secondary to scheduling or billing practices. While we understand that clinics must manage their time, we believe patients should be given clear expectations in advance about what can realistically be accomplished during an appointment, especially when they are paying separately for the procedure. We hope Foothill Dermatology will improve its communication and ensure that patients receive the level of care and transparency they deserve. read more

Horrible experience , we brought our 10 year old with ulcerations on his mouth . Upon making the appointment everyone and the staff claimed that "Dr Sidhu is the best and he will take care of it " and they were propping him up like Jesus. Mixed Review: I called to make the appt and asked the price for a specific service and was given a quote. When attempting to make the appt, was informed of a $250 Consult Fee that could be added to my service. No problem. At the office: Dr. Sidhu was terrific, he left for a moment and his MA gave me a price and stated she "had to collect the money now." (ODD - who pays for services prior?). Service was great. But when asking for an itemized statement for services, it took 5 days of back and forth, and when I finally got a statement, which was done over the phone and not on paper -- I was charged at a 50% higher rate than I was told. Im hoping the doctor is not in on this. It's not a good experience. read more

Please note, I reviewed Rancho Cucamonga branch showing 4 stars, but not a lot of details to provide details; therefore, I can comfortably disregard the other branch's freshness (less than 3 years) and lack of details. Healthgrades, a reliable medical profession source, also advised 3.3 out of five point review of Dr. Amarpaul Sidhu. So I hope the facts are an area for improvement, if the firm cares. Dr. Sindhu indeed can accomplish his professional task; however, business does not appear important in the structure of operation as a whole. If you don't mind waiting almost an hour without guaranteeing service from the main doctor, then you will enjoy this facilities' service of friendly physician assistance (PA). If you cannot wait more than 20 minutes, then I suggest customers ask how much longer to wait and if rescheduling is possible. However, keep in mind rescheduling may risk loss of your copay, if you or the company forgets about it before next visit. For those questioning wait times, I can help share studies publicly provided by the National Library of Medicine. By simply going to the free source and searching "customer satisfaction wait time," I can state how most articles confirm longer waits leads to lower customer satisfaction. If this firm wants more positive reviews, then this study can help bring more positive reviews. Majority complaints are wait times. Though 4+ reviews claim wait isn't long, I will then ask why are there recent complainants of the same thing since 9 years ago. I would have given 4 out of 5, but the fact the facility did not make the effort to collect my test results before my visit is discouraging. Sure, Quest Diagnostics can take time to upload results, yet considering the staffs did not make initiative of having my results before my visit is poor business quality. I would have give full five star, had I noted waited 40 minutes since I checked in 2:45 PM. Also, what medical center charges $25 for clients unable to visit or report absence 24 hours in advance? I assure truth of Dr. Sidhu explaining Quest Diagnostic at fault and did review my minor case of skin allergy rash. I was lucky my test results came before I decided to leave rather waiting for nothing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. That's about where it ends for me. Dr. Sidhu has an attitude if you don't want anything frozen off that he recommends--he acts miffed. Constant upsell on freezing what they believe are "precancerous" spots. Even after I declined the freezing they continually asked me if I wanted to do this. NO. I was called, texted, and emailed about an appointment I had to find out the results of my biopsy only to find out they "did not have it because everyone in the lab is in the hospital". FOR TWO WEEKS? Additionally I found out the reason they did not have my results is because a machine was broken and they were ordering parts. There is no lab they send your biopsy to. There is no pathologist who looks at your biopsy. Would never return. read more
