The girl who manages this property is very childish and has no grasp on how to manage anything, out dated and over priced.

Castle Creek Apartments - Drive thru complex

A very nice and new complex with good neighbors. I only have two real complaints:…read more1. Heater in living room/kitchen is very inefficient and loud. I suggest getting a plug in heater. 2. There are not enough parking spaces. For a 2 bedroom apartment you are only given one space but obviously most if not all places are going to have more then one car. This means that all those people have to park in the unassigned parking so unfortunately if can be difficult for guests to find parking. This was very poor planning on the part of the developer.

Castle Creek Apartments as a complex is the best apartment I've had in my apartment history and…read moreI've rented multiple apartments in and outside the Chicagoland area. Maybe it's because they're newer or because Yakima is a small town but whatever it is it's not what I expected to find when moving out there. Within reasonable driving distance of PNWU and Heritage University where i attended PA school. Very close to Walmart and Wray's for grocery needs and casual, fast dining. Sketchy part of town but Castle Creek feels like its own community. Spacious, updated apartments with state of the art appliances, with washer dryer in unit and personal parking spot. Access to communal park, pool and gym. Large complex and gated with key code entry. Maintenance is extremely helpful and I can't thank them enough during my stay as a female on my own in Yakima. Very competitive application process that often requires waiting lists. Thorough background and employment checks. Office is responsive to complaints and flexible. When I lived there I saw two cop cars parked on the premise indicating they resided there too. Minor complaints: paper thin walls - heard my neighbors bed squeak if you know what i mean, way more than I would have liked; noisy residents that will sometimes yell outside in the middle of the night which is startling and poor internet connection - the service provider blames it on the complex.

I'm surprised no one has written a review about the employee named Drake that works, and…read moresubsequently supervises, the establishment. I came to their leasing agency on behalf of my mother in law who speaks and understand very little English requesting a copy of their lease and any addendums recently received to look over, and this man came not only with an attitude, but blew up in my face the more I asked questions. Telling me to "fuck off" and calling me a "bitch" under his breath aside, it was very evident his distaste for me and my in laws, as he simply decided to run away from the conversation the more I asked where his attitude came from. I was unfortunate to only record the last few minutes of the dispute, however my husband and three other employees were witness to his tantrum, and I only hope they remain safe in an environment created solely from his unfounded hostility. I've already reached out to HR and all respected higher ups I could contact on this situation and hope only for the best, and for other tenants looking to do business with this man to seek housing elsewhere.

All of our problem-solving discussions with Ryan were straightforward and smooth. The office staff were consistently pleasant and responsive, even when there were challenges. When we sold the house, Ryan's team managed the repainting and repairs. The sale went through very quickly. It's always a relief to deal with a business organization that can consistently do what they say they will do. I am happy to recommend this business.

They climb the fire escapes too so don't get a room on the alley side because you will wake up to someone trying to get into your room :) constant shouting from people on the streets to people who live in the building hoping to be let in. The smell of crack is heavy but the smell of meth is even stronger. If you like living in squaller then this is the place for you! Mice will wake you up running around and eating things. You'll always be playing a cool game of will I get Hantavirus. It's so fun! Good luck if you rent here!

She paid for it, got her key, went up to see her apartment before bringing anything in and her excitement vanished when she saw cockroaches on the walls. She turned around and went back down to the on-site manager Juan to decline the apartment and requested her money back. That was almost 2 months ago. He has since made excuse after excuse that the owner lives in CA and has not responded to his request for her refund. (This is a bunch of BS. As of mid April has put us on his block list. Do not seek to rent these apartments. The building should be condemned and managers not trustworthy. We are now speaking with BBB and seeking further complaints.

Andrea reached out asking me to update my review on 9/27…read more After emailing me and telling me we never actually had a gas leak on this property and PSE was mistaken and confused with another property. They turned our gas back on. WELL what do you know. We have a active gas leak that is filling our home with gas. Mean while the tempature is dropping and we've had no heat and a dangerous active gas leak. PSE gave us a red tag last night. They also sent us notice to raise of rent, and we haven't been living here even a year yet. We have no heat, a dangerous gas leak, and jevons refuses to take care of the wasp pest problem we've had since we moved in. So WHAT are they raising it for? just to be greedy? They rented the basement on this same property to someone too. So they're making nearly 5k a month on one property and they wanna raise the rent? when renting a house like this alone wouldn't cost that. so they're double dipping on there property and giving us the good ol land lord special. speaking of land lord specials and gas leaks, they put the furnace to the entire house (even tho they treat it as two seperate apartments) in a closet in the basement. Furnances need to be in open spaces to breathe and not over/under heat your house. but i guess they didn't wanna listen to a contractor about that. Then upstairs where PSE said some of the gas leak is coming from behind the fire place/within the fire place they glued a foam board to seal it up. I'm sure the foam board has sealed up the problem and its super safe! Sealing a fire place costs about 2k, because you don't want gas leaks but foam board works too! My experience with them has been awful since we signed our lease. They're greedy land lords or don't care about the saftey or well being of their tentants. Not to mention before the people in the basement moved in, they constantly had people coming onto the property, and all i asked was they let me know when someone was coming into OUR yard and OUR back door because i'm a girl home alone a lot and not sure if i strange man should be walking in my back yard or going into the basement thru my back door and they couldn't even do that. They actually argued with me telling me they didn't care and didn't have to give me a heads up because the basement is an "apartment". Oh we also dont have a working dryer. lol ANYWAYS we still have no heat and a gas leak we were told doesn't exist.
