I then could see it in the back through the window in stock she says I'll have to get the manager seven minutes later the manager Lindsay comes out and says oh yeah we can't take them from there because of inventory and then she points out that there were some on the floor and Leslie obviously didn't see it. I can't believe they were gonna make me come back because they were in an inventory count. What kind of silliness is that? I found them to be rude and dismissive and just obviously just quick to tell me that they couldn't meet my needs without really doing any work. Terrible service uncaring. I don't know if that's a blatant lie to not touch anything in the back because they were doing inventory and it was recently counted. Just weird thing that they would make somebody come back the next day if they had the product in stock. it's weird I've been here at least four times for the same product and this is the second time I was told it was out of stock. I'm not even sure if they were telling me the truth the first time at this point. Everyone else was super nice to me. before I don't know what's going on with the staff today. Leslie definitely had a "I don't really care" attitude and Lindsay was kind of so so/ luke warm.

He said it works fine, come get it. I remembered it had a hydraulic leak also, so I told derrick, fix the leak too please, he evaluated it and said, It's a diesel leak... He even convinced me to come see the leak for myself, I drove 60 miles as he suggested and saw the issue. I gave them free light fix it. They did, I asked them to replace a few cosmetic issues, also. Ac week later Derrick called me with a total around 3 grand and said its good to go. The next day I called and said I'm com ing to get it he said, hold on let me make sure it's all good to go. The next morning he said, "Now it won't start!" He said give me a few days, he had his guy on it for two days then told me, now there's a computer board issue, that will cost $2700 new orc $1700$ used for computer board, now we were pushing $7,000 with labor, I reluctantly agreed, I dropped it off running fine, except would not idle up, and twice he fixed things and said "It's running great, come get it". So three days later he tells me "it's the gift that keeps giving" now we found a shorted wire so it needs every wire in wire harness replaced.And I have that voice mail saved of course. A gift to No one but the service Dept. BTW, I said there's no way I'm paying you 13 G, it ran fine, twice you said it was fixed and really to go, if there is a short, it shorted out while they tore it down as was explained to fix the diesel leak and the idle up issue, which they fixed. Then I call, them on 8-30-26 to tell them I want to pick it up, he said the bill with it still broken will be $11,000 and change, and itv still doesn't work. My only issue is the dryers. For about a year, one didn't work at all and the other only has really cold air. It's a hit or miss on if they have nail trimmers. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I haven't encountered other folks taking a really long time like other reviews are saying. I don't believe a time limit is necessary. Some pups are easier than others. For example, my Husky is gonna take a lot longer to dry than my MinPin. I think folks are just unreasonable and impatient. I've had 8 folks ahead of me and still been able to wash my dogs within an hour which I think is reasonable. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, especially with my reactive foster dog. My husband was walking with our dog through the store and an employee who also trains dogs approached us with tips. Super helpful and made us feel better. The pup is reactive and the only way he'll learn is by going out into the world to be desensitized. We've encountered some horribly folks at other stores, but here, everyone was caring and helpful. No judgement!

Bob was tremendous, at helping me choose the wright size piece of equipment for my needs. He always answered the phone or returned a phone call as soon as possible if he was with a customer. He was more than thorough, explaining every inch of the equipment, its uses and how to maintenance it. They offered a competitive price wright out the door without having to haggle or barter.
