Went to this office for 2 years. My son had a history of cavities, so I was not all that surprised when they said he had them. However, over time, his cavity count was extreme........unless he had sponges for teeth. Things were clearly off the last time he was seen (we were told he had 4 cavities by the dental hygienist). I was beside myself. We were brushing, rinsing, I honestly couldn't understand why. Quite by accident, we ended up seeing a different dentist, she was part time and lovely. In passing she said the the cavities were under existing fillings. Which were only 2 years old. 3 OF THE FOUR CAVITIES WERE UNDER EXISTING FILLINGS!! Went for a second opinion..........my son may now need a root canal at 10 years old. Stay away from this office. As far as I'm concerned, they are committing fraud. read more

I visited the office as a new patient and I must say that everyone was pleasant. The receptionist Emily, is a doll. assistants were on top of everything and made sure that my 3 year old felt comfortable and had a great experience. The hygienist was very sweet and did a wonderful job cleaning my child's teeth. I would recommend this office hands down. very kid friendly and the train that goes around the office...GREAT IDEA! now, my son is asking for that in his room. :) GREAT JOB! Dentistry for children. P.S they send out text and email reminders on top of a reminder call the night before. which I thought was amazing. esp, for the VERY busy parents of todays world. read more

The staff is unprofessional. They do not call back after I left 3 messages and an email to schedule my son. When someone finally answered, the girl was rude and nasty. I texted Dr. Glen Marie and he had the office manager call me and set up an appointment for my son. I shouldn't have to message the dentist to get an appointment, but I'm glad he cares for his patients. read more

Dr. Glen Marie examined the teeth of my two children when they were about 6 and 9 years old. He said they had eight or so cavities between them. He wanted to drill and fill them with mercury. I was not happy with this diagnosis because I was always prodding my kids to brush after every meal. So, I got a second opinion from another dentist. This second opinion was eye-opening. The dentist told me that neither of my kids have any cavities. NO CAVITIES !!!! He also said that he was happy to see two children in the same family with NO CAVITIES. So, according to the second opinion, Dr. Glen Marie was willing to drill my children's teeth unnecessarily. Now, 18 years later, my son still has no cavities and my daughter has developed two subsequent cavities on surfaces other than the surfaces specified by Dr. Marie. This seems like fraud on the part of Dr. Glen Marie. read more

I found the best dentist for my children ever, Dentist Glenn is such a great dentist. I couldn't brag about him more, he so nice with the children an he' loves what he does it's clear as day he enjoys his career an the kiddie patients. Him an my oldest son is super cool there dentist/patient bond is cute. I'm glad my boy's enjoy coming to his dentist office an looking forward to chatting an trusting Mr:Glenn. He walks in his room an gives him a hand shake an just sits in the chair an chats like best friends lol- I enjoy knowing my boys feel comfortable an not afraid of getting there teeth worked on. He's super gentle an he really does a great job. He's taking great care of my boys teeth. Highly recommend this dentistry office. Always parking outside an the wait isn't so bad there pretty on schedule with time. The front desk girls are always nice an friendly. There's a few toys for the kids to play with while they wait not much of a play area but I guess it does the job. read more

Would give a zero if I could... After getting a second opinion my daughter did not need the work done that was recommended in this office.

Where do I begin. I called today for an emergency appointment. My son's tooth was hurting and you can see it's cracked. I advised the person I spoke to when I called that my son was in pain and already missed one day of school so I wanted this tooth 'worked on'. I also advised I had an appointment at 230pm which I needed to be on time for - they gave me a 12pm appointment. My first impression was the front desk girls weren't overly friendly but I was looking past that. They took us back for xrays-and the technician was very nice and good with my son. She advised me that my son would be getting a cleaning next. When I questioned as to when the doctor would be looking at his tooth, I was told the hygienist would look at it. I was not satisfied with that and told her so. I came to be seen by a dentist-not a hygienist. They brought us to the hygienist' room and had a doctor come in-not Dr. Glenn Marie-another doctor who works there but is not the pediatric dentist. He looked at the xrays and looked in my son's mouth and said he does have a pretty deep cavity and that I could wait until Dr. Glenn Marie arrived in order to be seen. Really? Arrived? Then I was told that normally, the patient comes in, has xrays and a cleaning and schedules a separate appointment to get any work done that was needed. I clearly expressed that my expectation was to have this tooth fixed today as my son was in pain. Now the doctor and tech leave the room to discuss this and in comes Cindy the hygienist who wants to know what's going on. Except that as i'm explaining to her, she continues to cut me off and be so rude. I could NOT believe how rude she was and I told her so. She didn't like that at all. I walked back up to the 'back" receptionist to let her know we were leaving-to find another dentist. Cindy then comes over and gets in the middle of my conversation with this nice young lady. I asked her several times to please walk away as this conversation did not involve her. I merely wanted to make sure I wasn't billed for a cleaning or work that was not completed. Cindy was looking to fight. I have NEVER experienced such a rude, nasty, unprofessional person before. The women in the office seemed appalled at her behavior and frankly, they should be. The doctor came out to apologize - again-not Glenn Marie- who was not there when this happened. This woman was intent on having the last word with me! It was incredible! Based on Cindy Berger's nasty, rude, unprofessional behavior ALONE, I would not recommend this office. Clearly they just want to get you in, xrays, cleaning and out the door. Do they really expect a hygienist to tell me what is going on with my son's tooth???? I would tell anyone and everyone to be cautious using this dental office. And as for Ms. Rude Hygienist, you may talk down to the staff in that office and think it's acceptable but lady, you better think twice about talking to patients that way!! read more
