I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place does not care for you at all!!

Yeah the facility is not flashy, yes it is a little out of the way, and certainly it seemed a bit out of the norm to be able to just walk in and get this done like this... but the results were outstanding! My wife had been putting this off over and over due to other flashier oral surgeons costs and statements, but this one was just down to earth and real! No big deal for a company that does snap in dentures, but It was a joke from that point forward. Several people looked at my post, and most said they did not have a lot of experience with posts. The lady that was supposed to do my cleaning said they don't have the proper tool to do the cleaning, and they would order it and should be in within a couple of days, She said they would call me, then I had to wait for this office person to tell me how much my cleaning would be, could have save time by telling me in the chair but I guess she thought it made her look more important in her office. She said I did not owe anything for this visit as it was covered by my insurance. The Cleaning would be under 300 dollars. No Call after 1 week for the cleaning. I called another Aspen for my cleaning but I would have to start all over with more X-rays as they are all Franchises. I went to another dentist, got right in and they did what was needed. I got a bill from Aspen for 50 dollars, I called the number on the bill to dispute it, but they only accept Payments. They gave me a number to call, He said he would have them call me within 2 days, been 4 working day and again no call. 28Mar2026, update, they do not call you if you have a dispute it still no response, although they have texted me saying my bill is due. It a shame that they run their company this way, but I am sure they think they are doing a great job. 22Apr2026, update. A lady called me from I believe Corporates, Asked me questions, very polite. Said she would have them send me my check back. Lady from Aspen Dental Dunwoody called and just asked how I wanted my refund. The employee then advised there would be no charge for the x-ray. Guess what?? My insurance provider advised me of a claim for $211 AFTER the office manager had advised the opposite. Why would a dental office jeopardize the sanctity of their name by lying, charging unnecessary bogus fees and filing dishonest/illegal claims? Set the customer's expectations and BE HONEST. I have never encountered this behavior. The admin staff are friendly and helpful in pricing the services thru your insurance. Dr. Candace Deveaux is the Endodontist there. She's great! She made sure I was absolutely comfortable thru the whole procedure and called me back for a couple follow-ups to ensure my gums healed right later in the year. Well, I hope to never need another root canal. LOL. But if ever I should, I would come back to see Dr. Deveaux.

He dropped a hot instrument on my lower lip and offered no follow up care, and took no accountability for it. I left the office in tears, in pain, and I felt helpless and violated. It was a horrible experience and I was left with an ulcer on my lip for 2 weeks, and severe emotional and professional distress. He didn't follow up to see how I was, and I only spoke with him after I called the clinic myself and demanded that he speak with me. He still took no accountability and put false statements in my medical records to cover up what he had done. This happened in June and I currently still have scarring and numbness from the burn. Legal action is now underway. I regret ever trusting Milestone Dentistry with my care.
