Last week, I found myself with a rare hour of free time, and decided to Yelp for a nearby chiropractor. Dr. Mountain's shop was just around the corner, and the reviews looked promising, so I called. His receptionist took the call, and when I asked if they took walk-ins, she hesitated slightly before saying "come on in". It was clear to me that, as other reviewers have pointed out, they were making room to help me. Dr. Mountain is a lifesaver. He listened to me describe the injury, and did a thorough exam, before taking me through a handful of adjustments, followed by hot and cold therapy and muscle stimulation. My relief was almost instantaneous, and several days (and one follow-up visit) later, my back is as good as new. Outstanding care, great service, and completely reasonable prices.

Nice receptionist. Nice open space for a lot of clients. Someone came up to me and brought me into a back office and asked me a bunch of questions about my issue. He showed me things on the computer and some videos and visuals about the body. Ok. while reviewing the paperwork I filled out following up about this and that. I asked for an actual adjustment to my back and After spending almost one hour in total, I did NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE. Not once was my back looked at by the supposed doctor. And to make it worse, after doing paperwork, and speaking to the guy, they said they COULDNT do any adjustments UNTIL I decided on a specific package for visits. Meaning, you have to choose an option and these are NOT cheap by any means. I think the option they offered me was for a WHOPPING $3,000 for 3-4 times a month for one year of visits. They had me sit in the financiers office to speak to another lady about this. I only wanted to have my back cracked and maybe come in once a month. On top of that!, I had to pay a first time client fee of $70-80. I can't remember the total but this was ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER EVER visit this place again. I would ask that you don't either, unless you're a friend of someone who works there so maybe you wouldn't get charged like I did on your first visit. Smh.
