Call my roadside assistance, and received a text confirmation that a local towing company was dispatched, and would arrive within 60 min. After about an hour twenty gave them a call. Was Told the email wasn't received but would call me right back. After another twenty minutes called them back. "No one available, could I just leave key with vehicle?" Told them absolutely not, forget it! I'll call back to roadside assistance and have them find someone else. They in turn called Wilson's towing. From the time of dispatch Brad arrived, had me loaded up in a another five minutes, and to my service center within 10 minutes. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Brad, and the dispatcher at Wilson's. Highly recommended!

I said, bullcrap, I want my money back and will go somewhere else. They wouldnt refund my money. I couldn't deal with this deal with this anymore.... I went over to Exhaust Pros on Allouez Ave because the tow person highly suggested them. The car was fixed within an hour and actually was "fixed". Don't go to Ness.

We had a duplicate key bought from some kiosk at Menard's that wouldn't pair, so the theft system on the car prevented the key from working.
