I dropped off a coat came back to pick it up and it looked the exact same way I dropped it off it wasn't cleaned at all. The owner was rude and wouldn't fix their incompetence and refused a refund in which they charged $30 for no services provided. I then took the coat that very day up the street and the cleaner at a different dry cleaners confirmed that the coat wasn't in fact dry cleaned and claimed the other Cleaner is clearly incompetent or a scammer. I took my mom's satin ring bearer pillow in for my daughter's wedding and asked if they could get a spot out. They were not 100% sure they could. When I went to pick it up, it was worse from the original spot on there. There were more spots all over the pillow . My daughter asked her friends mother if there was anything she could do to help. She is not a dry cleaner but restored it to its original look. I will not be taking anything here. Also the place smelled of cigarette smoke so not where I would want my clothes to be. I dropped off a vest that needed some stitching and a cleaning. I was told to come back in a week. I did. It wasn't ready. I came the next week, they were closed during their normal business hours. Now it's been a month and everytime I come they are closed DURING THEIR PROPOSED BUSINESS HOURS! I am sitting in from of the location right now on Thurday, 4/21/2023 at 10:12am. CLOSED! I wish I could leave no stars. I brought my brand new uniform shirt here to have a patch for nursing school applied. I noticed a black and yellow stain on my shirt. I walked in there today asking for him to replace my patch because it was incorrect and told him about the stain. He started yelling at me saying he didn't do that the stain is at the top of my shoulder. I just told the shirt out the plastic today to wear to school this morning. A friend in my class has the same exact stain on her shirt. He was very rude to me I will no longer return. read more

This place is a complete fraud! We sent 2 pairs of retro Jordans to this cleaners to be cleaned in early November. Glenn, the owner, gave us the run around for weeks until he called my husband and said our shoes were stolen from his store. Stated his wife was strong armed! He said he does good business, valued our business and would replace them. Immediately, I filed a police report in case I needed to take legal action but really wanted to give them a chance to keep their word. Fast forward to Christmas and miraculously, my shoes returned but I have no idea where these shoes have been for over a month and no way to verify they are our shoes. He said he would write a check but his wife has to do it. Ran us around another month stating his wife's father died and she was out of th4 country for two weeks. Fast forward to today. Per the wife, my shoes were never stolen and she's not paying a dime. However, the police verified they were stolen. I called him and now his tone is very defensive and arrogant stating they were stolen and now returned but he will not pay. Utterly disgusting to treat your customer this way. I don't dry clean but I had some old drapies call Glenn's he said Ill have them done next day so I dropped them off. I pick up next day got home n decide to hang them up they were dry rotted but he clean them n charge me even though he knew they were no good n got 43 00 from me I will never return rip off I call n he said they old not my fault they fall apart then y would u have clean them if u seen they were falling apart I charge it I may call the bank he never said anything when I pick them up read more

Longtime customer but will never go back! Picked up some clothing and noticed one of the items had a terrible odor. It did NOT smell clean nor did it look like it had been cleaned. The other items I picked up appeared to be clean and smelled fresh. Took the items back to Glenn's and kept telling the owner there was a distinct odor but he refused to listen. He then proceeded to spray deodorizer on the item in question and said it was clean. NOW MY CLOTHING SMELLS LIKE DISINFECTANT SPRAY. Very disappointed in how this matter was handled from a customer's perspective. I will take my business elsewhere and find another dry cleaner that can properly dry clean clothing. IMO Glenn's is overpriced and takes way too long to clean clothing orders (usually have to wait 5-7 days before order is ready). read more

Not customer friendly and today I saw the owner grab a little boy that was maybe 9 or 10 by the arm and yell at him and friends for sitting in the gas station parking lot adjacent to theirs. I couldn't believe it!!! I wanted to call the police but the boy was scared and asked me not to. I WILL never EVER use their service again and he can keep my shirts I was late by a few minutes to pick up. I couldn't believe what I saw read more
